The hotel was ok, the all inclusive food was not expensive, but the quality wasn‘t that great either. In the snack area outside we found mold on cheese for the sandwiches. The hotel is close to the beach (10 min walk). Restaurant reservations were nearly impossible to make, but in the end it wasn‘t that bad, as they also only had a buffet. The room was very nice as the bedroom is seperate and the bathroom as well. But it was not that clean and a little moldy around the air conditioner. The chairs at the pool reserved before breakfast.😅 The hotel looks nice, but it is not exactly as great as the description sounds in our opinion.

We would like to especially acknowledge Angelo and Francois for their absolute first class service. Their entertainment and customer service is first class and we had the best vacation because of them!!!! We definitely will be back because of these two!

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They were always smiling, helpful and friendly. The hotel is also extremely clean and the rooms are stunning.

Staff are all really friendly and very helpful. Whole resort was spotlessly clean. Our 2 children are coeliac, there was a wide range of gluten free food. Chief came out every day and explained everything. Staff were very aware of coeliacs and cross contamination. Food was delicious, with plenty of variety. Property is located just off the beach with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around it. Sa Coma is really lovely area, very suitable for couples and families. Would highly recommend it

Great family hotel
Family holiday with 2 kids age 2 & 4, it was our first time in Sa Coma but have stayed in a Protur hotel before. Hotel was lovely & clean, nice decor in the rooms & beds were comfy enough. Good selection of food in the restaurant & good quality, something for everyone. Choice of 5 themed restaurants also within the larger resort to choose from, didn’t get to them all as booking starts at 10am each morning & many people choose to queue from 9ish. We didn’t & still got availability. Especially liked Cardamom & Sicilia. Plenty of availability of sun lounger around pool, pool was quite cold though. Kids loved kiddie disco, similar songs each night but mine had no complaints as they loved the dance routines. Short walk to the beautiful beach 5 mins stroll. Overall a great hotel & one we would go back to

Good location -- friendly, helpful staff.
This is my second stay at this location & I would recommend it. The location is easy to get to, close to restaurants & shopping. The staff are helpful & the rooms clean.

Worst staff ever....a horrible expereince that continues after the trip!
We travel quite a bit, but this hotel has to be the worst yet. From the moment of checkin the staff treated us horribly. First, the woman made we wait quite a while as she completed a phone call. Then wehn I check in she tell me there is a $10/night charge for a crib. I had booked through a travel website and there was no mention of this anywhere. I explained this to her along with my dismay and she said there was nothing she could do and I would have to wait 15-20 min for her manager to get done with a meeting. I proceded to call the website I booked with and they called the hotel and it was finaly dropped...but the rude attritude continued. When we got upstairs with our roomkeys they did not work. I persoanly think she did nopt activate them on purpose. We never got a daily newspapaer although other rooms did. We had issue with loud neighbors the first night and the hotel did nothing to quiet them after we called the lobby and we lost hours of sleep. When we returned home, we found out they charged us again on our credit card even though we prepaid with a travel site. We are now wiating...again...for a manager to have the time to help us! I would NEVER, EVER stay here again. The height of irony is they have a laminated card in the roiom impolring you to give them high reviews and that "our staff is authorized to do anything to help make your stay good". Yeah, right!

Great Hotel
Very clean room, great customer service, and the breakfast was pretty good. We checked in around 1 am for a bike event that me and my husband were doing. The staff was nice enough to take our bikes to a secure area. Overall, the cost of the hotel is a very good buy. I would stay there again.

Leider ein sehr mittelmäßiges Hotel. Bis auf das sehr freundliche Personal wenig erheiterndes. Schlecht zubereitetes und wenig abwechslungsreiches Essen, ernährungsphysiologisch auf dem Stand der 90er. All inklusiv auf sehr niedrigem Niveau. Die Gegend um das Hotel, langweilig, beliebig und sehr touristisch. Nicht unser Ding.

Badia Hotels sind absolut zu empfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, dieser gilt aber nicht dem Hotel, sondern den Gästen, wenn man sich was zu essen nimmt, dann bitte soviel wie man essen möchte und nicht für 10 Personen und nach einem Bissen wird alles weggeschmissen. Ansonsten top Service, top Mitarbeiter und eine top Animation. Gerne wieder.

Det er et fint Hotel med mange sports faciliteter. Desværre er Padel Tennis banerne meget gamle og slidte - så de kunne godt trænge til at blive updated. Sengene er også lidt primitive, men personalet var flinke og maden var udemærket.

War eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche das hotel kann ich jeden weiter empfehlen von Essen bis Aktivitäten jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt... Alles auch sehr nah zu erreichen Bus gleich von der Tür... Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam... Immer wieder gerne, für Familien mit Kindern ein Traum..

We hadden een moderne ruime kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het eten was goed. Fijn dat je de optie hebt om bij een van de vijf andere restaurants in de parken van Protur te eten. Het is wel hopen dat er nog een plek is om je in te schrijven (mogelijk vanaf 14.00 uur voor dezelfde dag). Een kinderparadijs voor alle gasten van Protur ligt naast Protur Safari, het heet Park Paradis. Erg leuk voor de kleintjes als alternatief voor het eigen zwembad, de communicatie van alle mogelijkheden rondom het hotel qua voorzieningen en restaurant zou beter kunnen. Dit hebben we zelf moeten ontdekken/vragen.

Dejligt og rent hotel. All inclusive udvalget, levede bestemt ikke op til vires forventninger og hotellets standard. Der stod i reserveringen af vores værelse at der var 2 kingsize senge - det var det ikke. Der var en kingsize seng, mens dennanden var to meget ukomfortable sovesofaer.

Hotel tres agreable en famille, établissement propre et l'offre tout inclus est excellente... Par contre, il se situe tres loin de l'aéroport et dans l'offre sur expedia, la distance n'était pas indiquée, du coup faire attention a l'heure d'arrivée et de départ si vous choisissez le transfert partagé... Je recommande cet hotel.
