“Not impressed”

In general, this hotel was satisfactory, but there were some issues, namely: 1. no tea, coffee and fresh juces were available during the dinner; 2. a very noisy mini-tractor was working for almost two days on the beach replacing old roofs of sun umbrellas that was extremely inconvenient for the tourists, that work had a very low productivity due to not smart work's organization; 3. no food and drinks were available in the mini bar in the room; 4. payment for the place at the beach was a surprise; 5. weak marketing activities, e.g., lost revenue is related to the lack of seightseeing tours and excursion' offers; 6. Russian toursits might be a good source of revenue for this hotel, but there was no Russian speaking staff at the hotel (in comparison, neighboring hotels and restaurants have Russian speaking staff), 7. No Russian TV channels were available

“Lobby and Bar area to a high standard but rooms dated. Ok for business not hols”

The staff were friendly and the operative that we booked with was really honest about the reviews so I know what to expect. This was a 2 day business trip and the hotel was used as a base. Rooms clean but dated. Lobby and bar area far nicer condition than the rooms. OK for a business trip but not for a holiday. Very impressed with Expedia and the honest information I received from the booking agent - Would use Expedia again as this trip was trouble free and very well organised.

“Value for money.”

Basic room. Clean with good domestic service. Meals adequate and reasonable value. Good location for bus and beach. Reception/concierge staff reasonably helpful.

“Clean...but a bit run down”

they say it's a 4 star hotel...but that may have been 30 years ago. it was clean....but all a bit old and cheap. the mattress was a bit hard. they do have a good breakfast. you have to leave a 10 euro deposit to have access to the remote control for the TV....i thought this was a bit odd....for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. i'd say it's a 2 star hotel.

“Perfekt läge!”

Ett enkelt bed & breakfast-hotell med bästa strandläge. Frukostbuffén överdådig! Hotellet har några år på nacken och hade behövt en uppfräschning. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till allt! Andra gångne vi bor här och kommer definitivt igen!

“A 100 mètres d'une belle plage”

Le buffet du soir n'est pas fameux, mais le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Hôtel situe a 40 m d' une petite plage , chambre rustique pas très propre (baignoire repeinte qui s écaille ,chasse wc qui coule, porte savon a moitier arrache, baie vitrée pas étanche,tv de 20cm chaîne espagnole et 2ou3 allemande,coffre fort inutilisable,rideaux qui laisse passer le jour)piscine couverte dans un triste état de délabrement,repas cantine, boisons aux fruits mauvaise . Déçu pour mon séjour en amoureux. Surtout que j avais choisi un 4etoiles pour avoir du confort , je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel .

“Nie wieder”

Absolut kein 4*Hotel. Zimmer in einem lausigen Zustand (Loch in der Decke des Badezimmers, Farbe an den Wänden blättert herunter, Badewanne wurde mal mit einer gelblichen Farbe überstrichen, Dauerspülung in der Toilette)! Auf unsere Frage hin ob sich die Hotelleitung das Zimmer einmal angesehen hat, kam die Bemerkung dass es sich um ein 4*Billig-Strand-Hotel handelt (steht nirgens geschrieben) und wir unsere Reklamation der Reiseleitung melden sollen. Das einzig gute war der Weg zum Strand (1 Minute).
