“Best hotel in Palma”

We have stayed in many hotels in Palma over the last 10 years and this is certainly the best. Quiet, central location in the old part of town, the hotel is beautifully furnished and presented. Only 12 bedrooms/suites with understated luxury and magnificent guest common rooms. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus. The staff provide superb yet unobtrusive service and fellow guests were also pleasant - all of us clearly enjoyed and relished this oasis of calm and style. We are looking forward to returning in the Spring.

“Sehr zentrale Lage im Herzen der Altstadt. Klein und ruhig. Frühstück überteuert.”

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels inmitten der Altstadt von Palma ist super. Man schaut von der Dachterrasse auf die Kathedrale und die Bucht von Palma. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem 1993 renovierten Stadtpalast und ist dementsprechend stilgerecht eingerichtet. Das Personal spricht deutsch und ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Qualitiät des Restaurants kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, aber überteuert.

“Eine Perle von Hotel”

Eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je verweilen durfte. Excellente Lage, historisch wertvolles Gebäude, edles Interieur aus Antiquitäten und Kunst und vor allem Top-Service. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär ungezwungen, aber zu keiner Zeit (nach)lässig. Hier fühlt man sich zu jeder Zeit als Person in seinen Bedürfnissen wahrgenommen und rundum bestens betreut. Wer nach dem x-ten, ach so hippen Retorten-Designhotel mal wieder etwas authentisches sucht, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.
