“Wonderful hotel, will definitely return!”

Our room was luxuriously decorated and spotlessly clean. Minor issues on the day we arrived were promptly remedied by the helpful and courteous reception staff. The bistro food was good value and very tasty, though the service a little slow sometimes (which is why a 4 rather than a 5 for the quality of staff and service). Room service was prompt and little extras like providing a corkscrew helpfully accommodated.The spa was well maintained and beautifully designed. A 15 minute bus journey took us into the town centre, and there is a lovely stylish cafe/wine bar 5 minutes up the road from the hotel walking away from town, well worth a visit. Will definitely return!

“Great ocean views and relaxing”

Hotel has many verandas with great views of the ocean. A room with ocean view is worth the upgrade. Access to public beach and loungers fairly plentiful. The neighborhood was not of the same rating class as hotel, but we were able to find a few dining options, a great tasting Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant (with ocean view) within walking distance. You can also take a taxi to city for 5 to 10 Euro.

“Luxury mini break”

Good position for Palma to get in and out of the cntre , bus stop is really close by. Cute beach right below the hotel veranda. Yes, i would recommend the hotel .. as what it says on their website .

“Mallorca (April 7th-15th)”

The hotel was amazing and the service was also great. Unfortunately they were in the final stages of renovating the indoor pool and spa area, but the outdoor pool deck and all the restaurants were as great as the amazing views. I would like to go back the next chance I get.

“Very Nice Hotel in Cala Mayor”

The hotel and the service was excellent. At check in around noon, room was not ready and we were treated to a couple of drinks at the lobby bar. Later in the evening the Maitre sent a half bottle of Champagne to the room! (We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so it came in handy. Only negative, all seaview rooms had very nice balconies except ours. Even though our room was a Premium Seaview.

“Elegant Hotel”

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff was very helpful! Although the hotel is not in the city center, we were ablt to go to all the historic sites using the convient bus system with stops just outside the hotel.

A very nice hotel, some rooms have a wonderful view of the bay. A little too far from the center of Palma to walk, but easily reachable by car or bus.

“Best Vacation - and memorable Honeymoon ever”

I had researched this hotel on TripAdvisor and Expedia. When we arrived, we were certainly not dissapointed. The Lobby is beautiful with a view of the Sea on the other side. The spa was fantastic and the amenities were very satisfactory. The food was to die for. We had some of the best food while we were there, and it was room service!! The concierge is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I picked their brains for the best trips to go on while we were there, and everything was splendid. The rooms are beautiful, always well kept and efficient. We stayed at the Nixe for a few days, and then checked out and went to Ibiza for the weekend where we stayed at another 5 star hotel. The Nixe certainly stood out as better as far as service and comfort. We checked back into the Nixe when we came back to Palma, and were put in a different room. The service was just as exceptional and we were even upgraded for our honeymoon to a VIP suite. The pool area was very relaxing and the beach is very inviting. My only complaint is that the bathroom shower is rather small. We did stay in a premium sea view room and the VIP room had the same small shower. It was not a problem, but that would be the only issue I had. We went to a few other hotels in the Palma area, and NOT ONE looked better or had such splendid views and facilities as the Nixe. That is the truth. I would not say it otherwise. Strongly, strongly suggest this hotel if you visit Palma. And the prices are very reasonable!!

“Great hotel with amazing mediterranean views”

The Nixe Palace is a beautiful hotel set on the cliffs with uninterrupted views of the coastline. Great hotel with extremely helpful staff. The standard rooms with a 'city view' are on the small side and the road is somewhat noisy so if your budget permits, the sea views rooms with their own terraces are well worth it. Excellent food - breakfast will last you most of the day! Pool is a bit small and if the hotel is full might be somewhat overcrowded however the beach is at the bottom of a couple of flights of stairs so it's not too much of an issue! A couple of words of warning though, you do have to pay for a lounger on the beach and although it appears sandy, there are a lot of very sharp rocks lurking under a very thin layer of sand so beware of your toes! All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.
