By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing - nothing was too much trouble. The sea view and balcony were lovely and we enjoyed the spa a lot. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and we were given welcome drinks on arrival. When we needed transport booking they were happy to help. The cleanliness was of an extremely high standard and the pool and beach areas were lovely to relax. Definitely the best hotel on the island and we will be staying again if we decide to return to Mallorca.

Our stay in this hotel was just super! The view to the sea was fantastic. The kitchen was grate and food was exceptional. Access to the beach was great. Spa was relatively fine especially for us with our little son. Staff was very nice and cooperative. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Great views and incredible sunsets. The beach location was perfect. Beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Breakfast could be improved… over priced and not enough fresh products on offer.

Hotel ocean views were excellent, staff and service was great. Some renovations were happening when we were there in the room above us, so that was less than ideal. The area around the hotel had limited eating options in the shoulder season. Overall the experience was good and we would stay here again.

We love the Nixe Palace Hotel!
This was our second year to stay at this beautiful hotel. On both occasions we have found the staff to be solicitous and very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and has lots of wonderful amenities; the owners have put a lot of thought into their facility and it is obvious that they keep their clientele foremost in their mind. Very beautiful and clean property. Easy access to the public beach from the property. Clean and nice beach as well. Nice pool too if you don't like to go to the beach Very relaxing and nice hotel. The food at the hotel was over priced but there is a lots of restaurant around the hotel area. There is a Italian restaurant close to the hotel. You should book it in advance and go there for sure. In general very good hotel.

Amazing Spanish Escape
We had an amazing time at the Nixe hotel, check in was smooth and easy, we arrived early, although our room wasn’t ready we were offered drinks and access to the hotels amenities. As soon as our room was ready we received a phone call and we’re shown to our room. Room was beautiful and clean with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable and large. The hotel restaurant was also very good and worth a visit. Even though we could not walk to the city center it was a short 15min cab drive away, so not very difficult to get to or too expensive. Would highly recommend this hotel. We loved our 3 day stay.

Very nice hotel. They are situated in a not great surrounding area. Uber to town was good. Hotel on beach but no mention that lounge chairs on beach are municipality owned so a fee is due to city for the day. Two restaurants nearby are good. Pool area is adequate.

Our Nixe palace hotel experience was amazing!! The hotel is stunning and the customer service outstanding! We were on our honeymoon and they made sure we had champagne upon arrival and a bottle of champagne with a popular Spanish pastry waiting for us in our bedroom. The room was overlooking the beach with crystal blue water and we were able to swim & enjoy the beach before it got too packed (popular beach!) There was a bar cabana on the beach for alcohol and the hotel restaurant had amazing food! We ate there 2 nights in a row - it was so delicious! The staff is also incredible - the room was cleaned daily and they called taxis for us whenever we wanted to explore the city. The hotel was very well located with lots of close by walkable restaurants and bars. We loved our honeymoon stay and will absolutely be coming back!!!

The front desk and concierge were excellent. Super helpful with planning on our trip. Beach was beautiful - water was crystal clear. We were disappointed we couldn’t get connecting rooms because we have small children. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side and one shower was very small.

We had a problem with our room the first night we arrived. With in minutes they changed our room with a better view, at no charged also they took great care of arranging the most beautiful flowers for my wife on her birthday. Made our stay hands down the greatest. Will come back again

Great spot, so nice to be right on the beach, with great drink and snack options there. Lovely staff, everything is super clean and nice. Some great walkable stuff, and a short taxi ride to the downtown or other areas when we wanted to branch out! Loved the tapas place across the street.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views! Get an ocean view room if you can. And the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The beach is nice, and it’s only a 5 or 10 minute taxi ride to the cathedral and main town with restaurants and shops.

Excellent, friendly staff. Beautiful property and location. Valet parking was a plus. The herbal day spa was wonderful and relaxing. Food was amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

The ever elegant Nixe Palace
It’s like magic arriving here- stepping into the white walled and palm treed vistas is wonderful. The comfort level of Nixe Palace is really high. From the polite and polished welcome to the care of luggage as one leaves, every aspect is considered and delivered well. Our room had a balcony almost on the beach. The seaview was stunning. The room itself was clean and comfortable. This was our third stay and the fourth will be booked soon.
