I liked pretty much everything about the property. Location very close to the beach. Food is amazing. Entertainment team is superb with lots of programmes for kids and parents. Reception and housekeeping staff all very kind and polite. The only thing that we missed was outdoor pool was so cold and the kids missed that part. And safe/ locker in the room was chargeable. This was little strange for me. Despite paying so much for the room why the safe need to be charged seperately. In general i loved the property

A fantastic stay. Staff couldn't have done more for you. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Food was fantastic, and extremely generous.

We’ve just returned from a 1 week stay, 2 adults 2 children (9 & 13). Reception staff were very helpful! You have the usual people reserving sun loungers and leaving them there for hours but if you speak to the pool staff they will enforce the rules and remove the items. Good choice of food and there’s always a station serving a selection of freshly cooked omelettes/meats etc. Entertainment staff were excellent and the evening shows were very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No frills excursions office was right across the street, it was incredibly easy to book a trip. Fabulous beach on your doorstep with plenty of water activities to book nearby. Thanks for the great week!

Very good for young families. A little less perfect for my teenage kids since the dining room and pool had so many young children. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good as well, and some of the evening entertainment events were fun to attend and participate, like casino night and a live band. We also enjoyed having the beach closeby.

The room was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of storage space. The food was delicious with great variety. Pool was nice and beach was right there, lovely and safe for kids. Highly recommended

Our booking was not uploaded into the system on arrival and we had to pay a large deposit to gain access to a room so we could get access to the hotel to be returned after the booking was uploaded. Also the hotel was closing the following day and so a lot of the facilities were not available which was very disappointing when we had paid for all inclusive and found ourselves having to go out to the shops because the hotel was not open in all areas.

Family friendly not too noisy, professional staff, quiet in the evening for the children, a few minor errors (but only as a busy large place). Very professional staff, nice food variety, band and casino night were really good, pool and proximity to the bean amazing. Probably the best of the 3 hotels we have stayed in locally as above. Personally there were a lot of mosquitoes compared to two other local hotels we stayed in, probably due to the nice gardens and vegetation, family got quite a few bites despite some repellent.. if the gardens could be sprayed often (against mosquitoes?)

Amazing Family Hotel

No parking on premised, not even for unloading luggage. Rooms are tiny. COVID concept questionable; guests aren’t really wearing masks and we weren’t asked for a COVID certificate upon checkin. Loud animation all morning and in the evenings. Friendly staff, clean rooms and premises, kids pool area is great.

Great - but needs better food to be brilliant
we did a 24 hour stay for my wife birthday - the rooftop pool area and day beds are amazing - the pool is perfect for kids (they were there all day). Its amazingly clean and the location is incredible - location is stunning - but the food does let it does, sadly - which is a shame as with a bit more focus on food, this place would be hard to beat (ps more veggie options please)

Excellent Hotel with very friendly staff. Cleaning team does magic and surprises you with different gifts and settings every day. A holiday to remember! The beach is a step away and location is amazing.

Perfect Experience
They upgraded our room to family room facing the pool which was perfect. We had the baby crib ready in our room as requested. When we arrived to the hotel the room was not ready so they gave us free access to lunch. After 1 day we decided to upgrade to all inclusive which was good in value. The hotel is perfect especially with a kid. They have kids club open almost all day and swimming pool for children. At night they have concerts and some activities. The beach is awesome. The only problem we had was they don't have dedicated parking space. You should find a place yourself on the streets (free) every time you go out and come back. That is annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Family hotel
Great family orientated hotel. Positioned right on the beach. Not a huge amount to see/do outside the hotel. Would suggest hiring a car to get out and about. Although the hotel has no parking there is plenty of on street parking available. Booked half board. Food was plentiful with lots of choice, but the quality was hit and miss. The sausages at breakfast were so processed that we could not identify what was in it. Kids seemed content with the choices available at dinner. There was always pasta and sauce, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, chips, nuggets and a desert counter. The family room booked for 3 was a little small and reasonably clean.

More "hell"iday than holiday
At first glance this is a modern hotel but appearances are very deceiving. This hotel has had an extremely cheap facelift which is already starting to show wear (cheap laminate flooring in reception with chipped corners and shrinkage at the joins) not a single socket, light fitting or even the TV in our room was actually straight and cover pieces fell out of the wardrobe upon first opening. The room was also extremely noisy, there is no soundproofing between rooms so we were able to hear mobile phones ringing, bathroom fans whirring at all hours and children rampaging up and down the corridors. The indoor pool is more of an indoor puddle and only large enough for toddlers. The property does front the beach but it is a very narrow strip of beach and you have to pay the locals if you want a sunbed. The entertainment seemed to be straight out of Butlins circa the 1960's with no hint of irony.

Lovely Holiday
Have stayed at the hotel before and the renovations have made the rooms substantially smaller than they were previously, some rooms are larger than others despite being labelled under the same category. The hotel is clean and very well maintained, the pools are great and the location next to the beach is ideal for families. The restaurant is good with a good choice of hot and cold food as well as children’s choices. Toni especially in the restaurant was very welcoming. The reception staff are not always particularly efficient and we felt that they let the hotel experience down to a certain extent. But on the whole this is a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent beachfront location. Easy access by bus to livlier resorts. Plenty of beach based activities to do. Beach was very nice and definitely the best one in the local vicinity.
