Iberostar Albufera Playa offers 360 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and safes. Balconies open to sea, garden, or pool views. Flat-panel televisions come with satellite channels.
Guests have access to shared bathrooms. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, makeup/shaving mirrors, bidets, and complimentary toiletries. Business-friendly amenities include desks and direct-dial phones. Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and windows that open. In-room massages, extra towels/bedding, and wake-up calls can be requested. Housekeeping is provided daily. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in January 2008.

“Great Hotel”
Wonderful hotel in remote location, greatly recommend it.
“not impressed”
This hotel proved a disappontment all round for us as a family of 3 with a young child. 3 nights of our 10 night stay were characterised by broken sleep and an wholly unreasonable level of noise disturbance into the early hours of the morning by corporate guests staying at the hotel for a coference! The hotel management and staff failed to deal with this situation, despite numerous complaints about the disruption by holidaying guests. Existing expedia reviews by UK customers failed to mention that hotel is 99% German occupancy, with a kids club & children's evening entertainment predominantly in German ('token' translatioin into English). Food was mostly average, sometimes good. The room was minimalist & modern in style, at the expense of comfort and practicalities (no table/dressing table, no chairs in the room, no bath, very small wardrobe). Whilst the 'all inclusive' option covered what we needed, the hotel relies heavily on self-service by guests (e.g. drinks by the pool, tea/coffee at breakfast), which we did not expect for the price we paid and the 4 star+ rating. Overall, not impressed. Would not go back or recommend to ohers. Nearby Alcudia town centre very cheap and tacky, full of embarrassing 'Brits abroad' and souvenir shops by the dozen.
“The best place to go to!!”
I will highly recommande this hotel. For couples with Children, this is the best place to go to. 3 swimming pools and as the sea is shalow, kids can enjoy themselves. We had a really relaxing time. The view from our room was beautifull with the sea on one side and the national park on the other. Such a great place!!
“Super!!”
Hotel very nice and clean. Beautiful location, the beach is near and clean water. There are 3 pools. The food is very good, high quality and wide choice every day. There are a lot of family with children. We recommend it!
“Tolles Hotel - schlechter Service, da Hotel überbucht war!”
Das Hotel und auch die Anlage ist traumhaft. Schön groß, die Nähe zum Strand ist toll und auch Zimmer essen etc. sind grandios. Allerdings war das Hotel überbucht, so dass insgesamt 8 Familien inklusive uns von denen wir wissen, die erste Nacht in einem anderen - schlechteren- Hotel verbringen mussten. Wenn mal also mal ein Zimmer in dem Hotel hat, dann kann man zufrieden sein, wobei das Personal am Empfang sehr genervt reagiert.
“Gutes Hotel mit leckerem Essen am sauberen Strand”
Die Organisation sowie Umgang mit Gästen auf gutem Niveau. Keinerlei Sprachprobleme. Zimmer etwas langweilig ausgestattet - alles in Weis/Graumelliert, jedoch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mietsafe elektronisch gesteuert im Zimmerschrank. Schlüssel ist gleich Stromkarte. Sehr leckeres Essen. Grosser Parkplatz am Hotel. Strand ist sehr sauber und fast algenfrei, besser als woanders. Viele Bewegung- und Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Frische Luft da Naturalpark in der Nähe. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
