My partner and myself went to club mac in September. We knew it was a family orientated place and this was no problem to us, we usually stay at family hotels and we always go during the middle of September when the children have gone back to school. We were not expecting quite so many families with really young children. We were all inclusive and could not really fault the choice, quantity and quality of the food and drinks throughout the day. The only problem during meal times were the volume of people staying in the hotel(s) it was impossible with the amount of young children to have a meal without children crying throughout. It just got a bit much after a few days. It felt like a primary school dining room rather than a restaurant. On the plus side it is a clean complex and well looked after and the staff are helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday. Rooms are very basic but comfortable enough. There is plenty to join in with and the beach bus is really convenient however they did finish with the complementary bus to Alcudia port during our stay. The pools are definitely a selling point, especially for families with young children. However when they advertise an 'adult' pool it means that only children over 6 can use them. Personally I would not go to club mac again, it was just too big for us and far too many people.

Mini break. Could not have chosen a more ideal hotel and location. Short transfer time from airport, friendly and accommodating staff, pleasant room (requested sea view, which was limited, nevertheless satisfactory). Room had balcony with table and two chairs, which was delightful to take in evening breeze. Short stroll to beach and restaurant strip. Hotel pool. Spa facilities available. Excellent choice of good for breakfast and dinner. Lunch provided by bar, which consisted of simple meals/ snacks.
"Apartments were perfect and in a great situation"
The apartments are very clean but think when things get broken they should be sorted straight away. The towel rack below sink was broken and shower made a terrible noise. There should be a sheet of paper to write your complaints on and the maid should see these are carried out. Also small bin in bathroom did not look new or clean. Chrome should be shining on arrival.

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel in Sept/Oct and were very pleased with our choice. Our room on 7th floor was very comfortable and spacious with great sea view, AC and free wifi.
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We`d like to thank Patricia, Sandy and especially Cristina who made us feel welcome and answered any quires in a professional manner.
We hired a car (initially for 2 days) from the hotel (Arash -car rental) and enjoyed driving around Mallorca so much that we extended the car hire for 2 more days.
Great place, fantastic staff, very good food. But really if you would like to have a beach holidays go somewhere else. I have been here with my 2 year old son and "beach" was too small for him.
There are nice pools and good swimmers can go to swim to sea.
Resort is well taken care of, staff is realy friendly. Food, services, beach is more than great. We were in October and sea was about 24 degrees celsius. Very happy with everything. Only thing I can think of, but this is not concerning hotel, is better road connections, that is faster roads to different places on Mallorca. Would love to go to Cap Formentor, Sa Calobra etc., but did not want to drive with children(infant and 3 year old) for more then 1,5h each way. But did a trip to Platja des Trance, Palma (La Seu and Centre) Palma Aquarium, Marineland, Valldemossa was great, well worth it. Anyway, would recommend hotel to families more than couples.

Stayed at this aparthotel 10th-30th June. This is the third time we have stayed here, once on a half board basis, twice on self catering. The Reception staff are pleasant and helpful, the domestic staff likewise. The view from the full sea view apartments is fantastic. All in all, a very pleasant 3 weeks. We will be back.
