The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. We did not mind the limit of three drinks per person during the lunch and dinner, but the quality and selection could be improved, especially for wine. The only wine that they offer is a house wine.Pools are on the smaller side which is not sufficient for the size of this hotel. They also close quite early with staff collecting the chairs and removing the shades/umbrellas 30 minutes before closing. If you'd like water or non-alcoholic drinks in the mini fridge you must pay for them. Therefore bring your own refillable bottles or purchase them in the stores next door. The location is close to the beach, however the hotel is located right next to Bier Konig which is the largest bier garden with "October Fest" like partying and drinking every day. There's no noise in the hotel so you won't be disturbed by it until you leave the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, enjoyed the food and property.

This isn’t a bad bang for your buck hotel but keep in mind it’s an area where a ton of Germans are out partying and drinking till late. Walking distance to the beach which is nice and the hotel staff is excellent so overall a great price for what you get.

Generell ist es ein schönes Hotel. Leider sind überall Ameisen zu finden. Das bedeutet nicht nur überall im Zimmer sondern auch im ganzen Hotel! Unsere Sachen waren total befallen mit ihnen und es war nicht möglich sich davor zu schützen. Weiterhin waren die Kissen im Bett schon benutzt und rochen nach schlechtem Parfum. Das Buffet bot eine unzureichende Auswahl an Essen. Es war alles frittiert oder allgemein sehr ungesund. Die Möglichkeit etwas halbwegs gesundes zu essen ohne viel Fett oder Fertigprodukte war leider nicht gegeben. Die Location in der Nähe der umliegenden Clubs zog entsprechendes Publikum auch im Hotel an.

It was a really pleasant holiday, with great food and service. The room was clean and bright. The only thing is it’s located in a noisy street with couple of large pubs full of drunk people. But anyway you can walk away and enjoy the Palma beach.

Cleanliness was great, food excellent, pools felt crowded. Younger german guests let the property down with their behaviour which made my 13 year old daughter feel anxious & intimidated on several occasions such as being approached when on her own and also worried about taking the lift .

Not a true "all-inclusive".
Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Good Wifi signal available. Buffet restaurants offer an ample food selection. Only drawback is that this place is not a true "all-inclusive" since alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately. Alcoholic beverages are only inclusive during the dinner buffet. This fact is not mentioned during booking and is misleading.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, they were always very nice and helpful. Every single person that worked at the hotel would speak to you and say good morning every day. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was very quick to clear the table and clean the table for you and was always there waiting to help you if you needed it. The hotel has three different pools, and it is a very nice vibe at all of the pools. I mean the hotel was very clean and it seemed to have a lot of new equipment. I do think that the gym could use an upgrade and have some better equipment, and the Buffay food was good, but it would have been nice for them to switch up the food a little bit more. Because the food was a little bit repetitive. But besides that the overall stay at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 4 stars is because I wish the gym was better and I wish the food was a little bit better, but besides that everything else was amazing.

Decent enough hotel but not up to the usual standard of a Riu that I’d expect. Majority of staff very nice but one to avoid if you have dietary requirements as one chef was actually quite rude despite directions from a manager. Not a good look. Decent enough location as very close to beach, although it is very close to where Germans stag/hen/groups so expect very drunken people in the vicinity but this doesn’t affect the hotel. Ok but wouldn’t return.

lovely hotel, with great staff. I think that most of negative reviews we read about this hotel were to do more with the people in the area than the hotel and it is rather unfair. If you book in July/June in a party area is kinda obvious that it will not be a relaxing stay. Our stay over the Easter holidays was fantastic, staff were attentive (a special mention goes to Roberto who really entertained and engaged the kids throughput), food overall good, 5 min walk from the beach; we really enjoyed it!

Disappointing food
The hotel itself appears to be very new and the staff do good job keeping everything very clean. However, we were disappointed by the selection and quality of the food and drinks included (I wouldn’t say this is the fault of the staff who do a great job but rather that of the hotel chain) and decided to eat outside of the hotel for almost all of our meals as we found the selection of food to be limited and the quality not very good at all. The drinking water that is included as part of the ‘all inclusive’ tasted very chlorinated and we avoided it and bought our own water outside of the hotel as bottles are not provided as part of the ‘all inclusive’. We also found the number of sun beds to be limited for the size of the hotel with towels placed on almost all of the sun beds by 08:00 - 09:00 each day. Overall, I would say that the hotel is not quite 4* and is very much designed for German tourists who formed the vast majority of tourists staying at the hotel during our 11 nights.

Group of middle aged blokes having a weekend away
All this area is set up for Germans....we were the only English group in the hotel....and the resort. Hotels is basic but perfectly adequate. We had a great time and everything is very nearby. The road may b a bit loud but you cant hear it in the hotel. Pool bar and main bar good. Self service beer by the pool. Foods fine.. If you have an issue with being the only English people amongst thousands of Germans then this isn't the resort or hotel for you. However rather than the English who like to get drunk, throw up and fight, the Germans like to get drunk, sing songs and have fun....It was ideal for9 middle aged blokes having a long break and we all enjoyed it.

I did read the reviews of this hotel before i went. I did see the comments about most of the guests being German. I didn't realise that i would be the ONLY Brit in the hotel. This made it rather uncomfortable for me as i was there alone. But the hotel staff could not have been nicer to me. I was given a room without a balcony, i asked to be moved explaining that as i was alone id like to sit at the balcony in the evenings. They moved me the next morning! And then sent me a bottle of Tunel to say sorry! The staff at both bars were very friendly and made the effort to chat. The reception staff were wonderful. The food was lovely, even though lots was pickled! The room was small but cosy. Clean and tidy. For my 1st holiday alone, this place is a great start. But i would not return.

OK hotel in the German quarter.
Hotel was ok, staff friendly and room ok but dated and NO air conditioning. In the German quarter and in a very nosiy area - the bottom end of the street resembled Magaluf but you couldn't hear the noise in your room. Great if you want that sort of thing. Food nice but not as much choice as you may expect. Plenty to eat and drink throughout the day. In walking distance of the beach, which was really nice - quiet, hot , warm sea. We stayed there until midnight without disturbance. 2 pools - clean, warm but could get over crowded.

Unfortunately the 4 night stay at this hotel was cut short to 1 night, mainly due to the clientele at the hotel and the area. Service however was good, with staff helpful. The area is essentially 90% German, which is not a bad thing, but as a couple from Scotland this did not suit us. In keeping 90% of the guests were German. The hotel itself is very dated, and the food although a good choice was not of the highest quality. The swimming pools were slightly dirty, with things floating in it.

We all really enjoyed this holiday. The hotel was excellent, and the food was wonderful, but a little too tempting, the staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. It was in a good location, and had good amenities.

My experience was good overall all inclusive was great with food and drink on tap. Biggest biggest downfall is the place was full of German people which meant everything revolved around them, German speaking staff,German food,German facilities and even German entertainment. I felt like I was on holiday in Germany it was like if you weren't German nobody cared. No staff spoke English and that made the simplest things difficult to ask for. Expected a lot more Spanish foods as I was in Spain and if you don't eat pork you better love fish as it's the only other choice but was tasty.
