Pleasant Hotel
A really well-placed central hotel which provides good access to all of Alcudia. The hotel itself is a bit dated and certainly needs some repairs. Simple things like the soap dispenser didn't work. As a solo traveller I didn't take any liquids meaning I had to go and buy these. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

I booked this place for my college/university roommates to celebrate our graduation. The place advertised many amenities that were not there. I booked all inclusive, including drinks but was only given a free breakfast buffet, with no drinks. The booking also says it has laundry services which it does not, and we surly needed. The beach is close to the property but the beach was absolutely horrible. The water was maybe 2 feet and filled with trash and algae. We decided to only swim in the pool after the first day because it was so nasty. That being said, the pool is too small for the size of the hotel so we spent most of the time in the room. The hotel is easily accessible by bus from the airport but with an early flight a taxis cost 85 euros to get back. There are many restaurants around the area so dispute the false advertising we were able to get food, however food on the island is pricy and frankly not good. If you take the boat tours to swim spots every day then this place is fine but otherwise wouldn’t recommend it

I'VE been going to this hotel for 29 years. And because it was only bed and breakfast i feltit was a bit expensive for what you got. I know they have to make money butthere was no atmosphere, to when i have been befor.

Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at the hotel as they had just had a disaster -- a floor had collapsed, rendering the hotel unusable. The hotel staff dealt with everything perfectly, however, with good clear communication. We were sent to stay at the hotel next door, which was fine, with no hassle whatsoever.

This hotel doesn’t work closely with Hotels.com My room wasn’t ready on time. Stating that the hotels.com 12:00 check-in isn’t with their policy of 14:00. That is not my issue. They need to tell me prior and update their info on this app/site. They did eventually find a room before that time but typically you have to shout the loudest to get what you want. I find the reception very unwelcoming but the rest of the staff very nice. The rooms are a little outdated but the rest of the hotel is nice. Avoid any cooked breakfast here, it’s a right off but the fruit and cereal stuff is good. It’s a value for money type place.

Lovely lady on reception, however, went to have a shower in the room, no water, they did fix within 1 hr, no shower gel in container. Nice pool and helpful bar staff around, had early start fir ferry and the did provide early breakfast 05.45

Its 3 star, but that's generous. Food is poor. Bar has massive queues. Air con dripped on the electrics and my phone, complained everyday, took them 4 days before they moved us. Staff totally ignore you. Restaurant (if you can call it) is always full of dirty tables, and you end up having to move things and get your own cutlery as its under staffed. Although all inclusive we ended up eating out more.

What you should expect!
Despite some negative reviews and anecdotal accounts from other travellers this three star hotel delivered on three counts; a comfortable bed, good location and air conditioning.

I've stayed there quite a few times the only thing is the cockroaches are still there and was running around the buffet food and round the dining room floor and kitchen and since being taken over there is a difference in the quality of the food and you can taste the wine is cheap but apart from that hopefully it will improve but definitely need to sort the cockroach problem 2in cockroaches in the buffet food isn't good

Fantastic Hotel
This hotel is fantastic! The food is fresh and tasty. All the staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the room door and the hotel sorted it straight away, couldn’t have asked for any more! The entertainment is brilliant. Can’t wait to go back!

The Hotel is in a great position, close to the Port, Beach restaurants & bars. Unfortunately the hotel hardly reaches a 3 star grading. The dining room requires more staff & the quality of the food needs to be improved. Tables are left uncleared, toaster not working in mornings & the cooking of omelettes (one at a time) even on a huge hot plate causing long queues. The pool area is small with limited sun beds, although there is an additional sun terrace there was very few umbrellas & noisy air con units. Overall hotel needs some improvements.

Unable to use the hotel pool as it was always too busy with sun loungers taken even before the pool opening time. Food was good and plenty of choice for meat eaters but didn’t really have vegetarian options so had to mainly eat salad. Otherwise It was a very nice hotel

Nice hotel and the food was good too, the hotel is a little on the small side and not much to do apart from sitting by the pool, so good if thats all you want. didn't like that you had to pay for a Kettle in the apartment and had to pay for the remote control for the TV, i know we don't intend to stay in and watch telly, but whilst we were getting ready its nice to watch something and having to pay for it is wrong i think. but apart from that we really had a good time and would go again.

Good location
Great location, close to beach,pubs, restaurant and transport. Bathroom was compact, room quite spacious and bed more comfortable than it looked, slept fine. Nervous about the food after reading the reviews but nothing to worry about as it was excellent - especially the show cooking. At each meal there was always salad, pizza, fish, pasta/ paella and two types of meat. For a hotel if it's size the choice was very good. The bar area had plenty of seating and service was quick with short queues. All the staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. The hotel was kept clean and welcoming. The only downside is the pool area which has been well documented as small and few sunbeds but that doesn't matter with the beach so close. All in all a fantastic break and will return.

Nice hotel fantastic location
This is my third return two hotel Pisces very convenient Hotel on top of the beach shops and bars nice staff hotel manager is very hands-on and takes pride in the hotel and is nice and helpful food the rooms are clean and the hotel is very nicely situated 3 minute walk to the beach shops and bars and good for the beach having to only take your room card food is very good well cooked as it's a small hotel it has a friendly atmosphere and easy to mix with other guests

Two of us were staying at this hotel and in general we had a good holiday however, there were negatives to this property. Positives were, excellent staff, good food and very clean throughout. We were surprised to find hat as all-inclusive guests there was no fridge or TV in the room, a room that was acceptable, but needs attention. The day before we left we found that a fridge could be requested but had to be paid for. No information of any kind in the room, we had to learn as we went. Biggest problem: Mozies biting, no insecticuters anywhere not even the dining room and bar. We were staying with our daughter and her husband and we all witnessed insects on the exposed food from time to time. Salads were not covered and cakes in the bar were just open and exposed, we always took food from the bottom of dishes. My wife and I collected over 30 insect bites during our stay here and yes, they were mostly in the hotel. Just a little adjustment could make this a more attractive place to stay. By the time that we had paid for the holiday, added luggage and transfers our weeks’ holiday cost around £11.00, we could have stayed in a much better establishment for this price. Shame, because we did enjoy our time here. Our room was Number725 with a good view. Rooms at the side opposite the bars can be a nightmare as our companions found out. We would consider staying here again but not when better alternatives are available for a similar price.

Stayed at the hotel Piscus for two weeks in September 2016 and over all had a good time. The hotel is what it says 3*. As such the rooms are basic, no TV or tea/coffee making facilities. They are cleaned regularly and adequate as bedrooms. It was necessary at times to queue for dinner but generally for only a few minutes. The food on offer was good with a choice from the salad bar or various hot meals every day. The tea and coffee however were not good so might be worth buying your preferred brand. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Keen swimmers may prefer to look elsewhere as the pool was not large but adequate for cooling off from the hot sun.

Not bad at all really. Didn't expect a lot for the price we paid but we're pleasantly surprised. Food was average but OK. The pool area is small and crowded but youre less that 5 mins walk. from the big beach.

Very pleasant stay but this hotel needs some money spent on it ! Very tired feel to it....pool area very drab...although the pool itself was very clean ! The restaurant set up leads to rediculous queues all waiting for fresh cooked cuts of meat. Simply not enough tables and needs 2 serverys for the number of people. Rooms arnt bad and kept very clean. Entertainment very poor...no daytime activitys at all. Budget all inclusive it is what you make it !

Great location & value for money
The hotel is in a great spot. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and only 15 minute walk to the old town. It's a no frills hotel but I think that's reflected in the price. We chose all inclusive as it wasn't much more than the cost of half board and it was well worth it. Breakfasts included all the usual eggs, bacon, beans, sausages as well as continental. Lunch always has loads of salads and hot food plus on tap wine, beer and sangria. Each evening was a slightly different theme and most nights there was a huge pan of paella. Again the drinks were on tap to help yourself. Different entertainment on at 10pm every night but we didn't stop in for these as there's so many bars along the waterfront that had views across the bay. The hotel bar area is quite old fashioned in decor but it's location makes up for that. It also has an outdoor seating area shaded by palms and vines to enjoy a drink in the shade. Overall, a basic hotel offering good value for money in a great location.

Hotel Piscis is spotlessly clean and staff are pleasant and helpful Bedrooms need updating, but they are cleaned 6 days a week & towels changed 6 days a week, sheets & pillowcases every 4th day. Location is Perfect and lovely stroll to beautiful beach Very Friendly Hotel Food is very good BUT more vegetarian choices needed for main meals. Freshly baked baguettes are Beautiful :)
