“Excellent Hotel for Business - would use again”

Well maintained and comfortable hotel. Staff all friendly and happy to help. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Especially impressive Wi Fi facility in the rooms, pool and common areas. Excellent and reasonabley priced laundry service. Breakfasts were a treat, excellent choice and presentation. Overall experience better than many 5 star hotels I have used in the past. I would happily recommend this hotel and would use again for either business or leisure. Felt like a welcome guest and not a number.

“Great city spot with a nice pool”

The rooms were top notch & the pool was great as well. You can't really beat the location. You could walk anywhere. I loved it. The reception area wasn't that impressive but the rest of the hotel was really nice. I had a great time. I'm single female 34. The only negative i really had was that the gym wasn't great at all. Not many are up to US gym standards, but hey I was in Europe who needs to work out. The staff was friendly enough & the wifi was great. Although they never did tell me I had a phone message from the US. Other than that I was VERY satisfied.

“Relaxing break”

We stayed in this hotel for a wedding in Palma, we enjoyed our stay as it is a residential area and the cabs were very cheap into the centre - averaging 7euros. The pool is lovely and didn't find the sunbed situation a problem as other people have mentioned! The buffet breakfast has a vast array of food options.

“Wonderful”

The accomodation was wonderful. The reception was always of service. No complains. The breakfast was excellent, it contained a large amount of drinks, food, etc. The pool and surrounding area was always clean and well equipped. The stuff of the hotel was very attentive.

“Pretty good all round”

No major problems with the hotel. Only issues were pool area is quite small and not sufficient sun loungers for guests - frequently had to be up early with towels reserving your spot. Beds in room were also quite hard and uncomfortable plus the annoying continental habit of having two single beds pushed together in a double room.

“Really good value!”

Let's start with the bad bits: Hotel is not near a beach and 10 mins walk from the harbour Breakfast is not great Spa is an additional cost and women near to cover their hair and you need flip flops at all times (nusiance, but not a big issue!) Positives: Staff, they are great and gave fantastic recommendations on where to eat/drink, etc... Hotel, looks good, clean and ideal for a short break Cost, seriously good value for money Taxi, never had to wait more than5 mins for a taxi This isn't The Hilton, or a major party hotel...but as a base for a break...it's ideal!

Area recommendations

It's Palma...if you don't know....don't go!!! Harbour, Cathedral and taxi to other parts of the coast!

“Moreof a 3star than a 4 star hotel, it was OK but I wouldn't go back again”

This hotel was in a good location, close to the front promenade by the marina and taxi distance into town. The room rate was good however it was ten euros per day to use the spa so do not make the mistake we made on going for a spa holiday as it can turn out to be quite costly for two people! Staff not overly friendly but equally not rude. The breakfasts were adequate, I'd probably have expected better for a 4*, not sure if it was fresh every day either :-S We were up quite high was afforded good views but I prefer a smaller hotel to be honest, I am not a fan of sky scrapers that look over lots of neighbouring buildings. The immediate local area was ok, we went out of season so I expect it is better during season.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel is placed just outside of Palma Centre which suited my needs for a relaxing short break. We upgraded our room upon arrival and ended up with a large sun terrace in the newer part of the hotel! The food and service was good and the staff very helpful. I recommend using the Spa along with the massage and facials again, great service in a clean environment.

Hôtel bien situé dans une petite rue calme. Hôtel récent avec piscine et Spa (besoin de réserver). petit déjeuner buffet bien, restauration de qualité à un prix raisonnable. Toutes les chambres n'ont pas vue sur mer.
