“Gerne wieder - die drei Sterne sind dem Hotel gerecht !”

Für den Preis den ich bezahlt habe ,war das Hotel gut ! Mein Einzelzimmer war genauso groß wie die Doppelzimmer. Außerdem hatte ich im vierten Stock einen Eckbalkon von 80 qm ( fast den ganzen Tag Sonne )Und ES WAR SAUBER. Alles war gut gekachelt, Zimmer + und Badezimmer ( nichts abgestoßen herausgebrochen übergemalt geflickt ) also gut Sauber zu halten. Möbel 3 Sterne Standart aber ok ! Essen fand ich auch nicht schlecht ! War schon ne gewisse Auswahl da. Verhungern mußte man bestimmt nicht. Immer konnte man sich was zusammenstellen was schmeckte und gut war. Ausreichend SalatBuffet Abends und morgens Früchte waren vorhanden. Publikum = Ballermann-gruppen-Vereine / Zeitweise

“Viele Mängel”

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer hatte so gut wie keine Ablageflächen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war mangehaft ebenso wie auf den Fluren. Der Schmutz lag noch Tage später dort. Das schlimmste war das Essen. Das Frühstück war noch ok, aber das Abendessen war immer kalt, egal wann man kam. Obst war teilweise faul und sah sehr unappetitlich aus. Keine Abwechslung im Essen. Reste vom Abendessen wurden morgens beim Frühstück wieder serviert.

Traveller's tip
Für ein Wochenende ist das Hotel ok, wenn man nur in Arenal Party machen möchte. Von einem längerfristigem Urlaub würde ich abraten. Das Hotel waren 3 Sterne nach spanischem Standard. Nach unserem Standard gemessen würde ich eher sagen höchstens 2 Sterne.

“Super”

Zimmer immer sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Essen sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten, jedoch langt es um satt zu werden. Hotel empfehlenswert.
