“Santa Ponsa Park 3-Star I don't think So!!”

Rooms very basic, Cannot say that this is a 3 star hotel.Only got tioletries one day, Not enough room for more than one suitcase and only two drawers for the clothes. Claimed they had WiFi but neither my Iphone or my Daughters netbook could get a signal. If you like social clubs then this is the place for you as the bar was too open and the entertainmnet was a bit on the amatuer side, needless to say we didn't bother with it. The pool table was useless with one of the pockets blocked for the whole week,and only one useable que, obviously they were not bothered about maintenance on that. The usual stiory witht the sunbeds not enough and you had to be an early riser to getr yours reserved by towel. My son went to the bar and bought a cup of coke, in a plastic cup, which cost 2 Euro and was full of ice so it had about two mouthfulls in it - so I told hime to go to the Supermaercado (about 30 yards from the hotel) and bottle was only 80 Cents. soon figured out where to buy from! Must say I used the Reviews from here and Trip advisor but for me it was bad advice.

“good quality no frills comfortable hotel”

Clean comfortably hotel with good food. Within 5 mins walk of the superb beach.Bar prices are quite expensive in Hotel and local bars, may be better to go 'all inclusive'.There 2 good size swimming pools plus indoor pool with plenty of free sunbeds.

“Good Location”

The hotel was clean and tidy with the check-in staff very friendly. However the dining room staff were not so friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and were small but comfortable. The food was fairly good with plenty on offer. The swimmimng pool was good but very busy so we preferred the bigger pool at the adjacent hotel which could also be used by residents of our hotel.

We went to the hotel at the end of Feb. Hotel was great value for money and had all the services you'd expect for an out of season venue. Would have no problems in recommending for a short out of season break

Hotel was clean and nice. People very friendly and helpfull. Very close to the bus stop to Palma.Good location with the shops and restaurants around. Good for relaxing and peacefull holidays

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel mit einem Zimmer mit Poolblick. Hauptsächlich sind Spanier, Engländer & Holländer im Hotel. Schöner Pool. Frühstück war OK, die Zimmer sind Zweckmäßig. Für den schmalen Geldbeutel ein gutes Hotel.

“Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Essen”

Das Hotel ist nahe am Strand gelegen und von der Umgebung her eher ruhig, aber trotzdem im "Zentrum" von Santa Ponsa. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Telefon, großer Balkon, Badewanne). Der Pool ist groß genug, außerdem kann man den Pool vom Nachbarhotel noch mitbenutzen. Der Pool und Poolbereich sind sehr sauber, viel besser als erwartet. Die Gäste im Hotel sind Engländer, Deutsche und überraschend viele Spanier. Es gibt viel Animationsprogramm, das allerdings mehr für das überwiegend ältere Publikum attraktiv sein dürfte (Bingo, Tanz, Minigolf). Ein großer Reinfall ist die Verpflegung. Sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen bestanden fast nur aus Dosen- und Fertigessen, geschmacklos und fad. Viel Chemie, viel Farbstoff. Saft aus einer Maschine mit Konzentrat, sehr süß und schmeckt gar nicht nach Saft. Billgste Qualität.Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden diesen Fehler nicht noch einmal machen: Zukünftig werden wir nur die Übernachtung buchen, und grundsätzlich auswärts essen, was in Santa Ponsa problemlos recht preisgünstig möglich ist. Den Vogel abgeschossen hat die Hotel-Bar: dort werden ausschließlich Cocktails serviert, die aus Sirup und einer Fertigmischung hergestellt werden - egal ob Pina Colada oder Caipirinha. Der Barkeeper mischt nichts selber. Der Oberhammer: für all-inclusive Gäste gibt es eine Cocktail-Maschine: die cocktails kommen aus einem Automaten. Ich will nicht wissen, wie das schmeckt.
