“Relaxing”

Very clean hotel. Near to shops and restaurants and the beach. Would go back.

“home from home”

The food although not special was plentiful, well cooked and enjoyable. The roasts of the day were delicious but not enough 'Spanish' food. The soft drinks around the pool, if not on 'all inclusive' ,were expensive. The worst thing was that ther was a rubber/plasic sheet over the mattress in the bedrooms which made me feel very stickly and hot. I've never come across this in UK hotels. However a very clean hotel which I have stayed at for last 3 years so cant be that bad. Also quite close to Palma airport so taxi fares are reasonable. Plenty of single rooms so superb for the single traveller

“Can't wait to go back”

We stayed in the Pionero for 11 nights on a room only basis and had a brilliant time. We had our 23 month old daughter with us and she absolutely loved the kids disco every night and by the end of the holiday was singing away in Spanish! The hotel was very clean and linen was changed every day. The hotel is in a good central location but is still quiet at night. The Pionero is an excellent choice if you have children - the children's entertainers were great.
