There are only 2 elevators when one was all the time out of order and the 2nd one didn’t show where it stops (blank display). It is not something that such a hotel should have. Why do you have to pay in order to use the safe in the room? Why you need to pay for towel to be used in the swimming pool?

Good location and clean
Location and amenities were solid. Quiet, yet close to the action still (short walk down the hill). Clean. After paying for a sea view room and seeing photos online, I was originally given a room with one window looking at the parking lot and a patio with a side sea view (what most hotels would describe as partial sea-view). Upon alerting front desk staff I was transferred to a different room at the front but I can’t help but feel as though they were trying to take advantage of me as a younger gentleman. Ensure you get what you pay for.

The staff was great, we wanted to change from two twin beds to a double and they were able to assist with this request for the following night. The hotel itself is great, for a hotel in Europe the gym is actually decent which is great. The location of the hotel I wish was in a cuter area. There are lots of hotels and clubs around but it gives cancun vibes / cheap just in terms of location but the hotel itself was great! If you’re into that kind of scene then this is the place for you. You’re not going to find nice restaurants in this area is my point, you’ll need to drive outside of the area

Hotel Florida is a little oasis in Magaluf. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beach access as well. The staff were amazing! Thank you to Sam for being so lovely at the bar. 10 min walk to the bus which you can take to Palma, better and cheaper than a cab. Great breakfast, good and reasonably priced food. A few things that I would recommend to the resort to make it a 5 star property: robes in the room, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, beach towels at check-in. I would return! Highly recommend.

Location meeh Hotel is amazing
Hotel is very nice, staff are super friendly and very helpful. Pros** 1) Very clean hotel 2) Nice view to the ocean from the balcony. 3) Amazing breakfast buffet 4) Staffs are super friendly. Especially the man who was on night shift. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get a parking spot. Cons** 1) There is not enough parking spot.We have to get up two days in a row at 7 am to get a parking. 2)Parking is 15 Euro per day. On top of that we need to pay extra 5 euro for charging the car, thats was bit ridiculous. 3) We were not aware about the location ( yes never researched or looked up magaluf before) its a very trash area. Luckily hotel we stayed was super nice and we only used the location for our stay

It was good but they advertised that there’s parking but when we got there we were told It’s full and then finally after 3 days fighting for a parking spot made us pay €15 a day

My only issue with the property was the noise level at all hours of the day. It sounded like people were moving furniture above us all the time. We also had other people's trash on our balcony the next morning that must have somehow flown there. Also, the pool chairs were all taken with towels on them and no humans around by the time the pool opened. They need to come up with a towel/pool system to reserve chairs per time slot to allow everyone an equal chance of using the pool at least once during their stay. Sadly, we weren't able to use the pool during our 3 day stay and I was not about to go fight for a chair on vacation. The breakfast and buffet were great and have many good choices. I was impressed with the food and barely felt the need to go to other restaurants in the area because the food at the hotel was good! We enjoyed our room and the easy beach access along the cliff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the pool situation was just annoying.
