Looks like this property is going thru a renovation. The general hotel was amazing, but the room was from the 1970’s .. thin walls, old furniture. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The positives were that the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also pretty good and the town is nice. The communal areas are smart The negatives: My key card didn’t work almost every day, because it had lost its magnetism. This was after I kept it entirely separate from my phone etc. Meant I had to request a new key every time I came back to the hotel. Twice the cleaner came into my room as I was sleeping, even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The food is atrocious. The WiFi didn’t work in my room, but was good in the public areas The aircon didn’t work in my room The walls were so thin you could hear the toilet flushing next door along with conversations etc

Second time staying in the Eden Nord beautiful area of Majorca, cannot fault the hotel. It’s 5 mins walk to the sea, very peaceful location with great views depending on your room.

10 days for a family of 4
The communal areas have been re furbished and are really lovely - the rooms now need an over-hall to match. The food was very good and a good range of chargable wine. There is a slight uphill walk from the Port via restaurants, shops chemist and a supermarket. it was lovely and quiet for a family of four with two teenage daughters.

Great service and room, excellent location
Hotel is lovely, if a little worn around the edges, but generally a wonderful stay for the price. The eco-credentials are lacking though; no option for a refresh rather than full turn-down no messages to recycle, plastic water bottles in rooms, no mention of responsibility in the rooms, mixed recycling is only on the floors (not the pool area which would make sense)

we love Eden properties. They are the best for families. Rooms aren't big but very comfortable specially if traveling with kids. enough closet space and even a desk if you need to work. Hotel is super convenient, close to beach and shops and restaurants. Pool is great for the adults and kids. Breakfast Buffet is amazing with tons of options. They have a great fitness center if you need to work out and last a separate living room area in the lobby if you need to work or take calls. Love this hotel!

Nice hotel in need of some modernisation.
The communal areas are great, pool, reception, dining room and bar. Rooms are not so great, particularly the bathrooms, ours was quite dirty and I was greeted by a massive cockroach on the final morning which was a bit off putting. I reminded myself that is only 3 star so the room facilities should be forgiven. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we only had b&b but the breakfast was good, but go early as it gets very busy at around 9am. We stayed at the Eden on the beachfront last time but that was fully booked (and more expensive) but if we go back we will stay there.

I recently stayed in the single room for work. The room was tiny and the air con didn’t work properly. The door didn’t lock properly and there were these strange insects in the bathroom. It also smelt really bad, like sewage. The hotel generally is nice but my room was not great at all

What a find! The hotel has a relaxed, cool and friendly vibe. Classy, but understated. Very well designed. Great music played, which added to the relaxed air. Terrific staff, great facilities and gorgeous food. Will return 🙂

I loved the people that worked there , all of them . Parking was not good, rooms needed a little work mainly in the bathroom. Not too bad . Good location.

Great stay lovely hotel, Our room was lovely we had a big balcony, it was clean and comfortable. I’m thinking the rooms had been updated after reading some of the other reviews. Staff were great and really helpful. We were bed and breakfast and had no complaints at all. Would definitely come back!

The cleaning of the bathroom wasn’t that good, the bathtub wasn’t that cleaned I had to wash it myself. The rest it was very good.. The food was great as well as the waitresses !!! Front desk stuff was excellent! Overall it was a good experience

This hotel is well placed for the town centre. I Agee with other reviews that felt that the public spaces were recently renovated but the rooms were tired and could benefit from some noise reduction. Our room was fairly small but it had a lovely private balcony. The maid came in daily and the room was well cleaned. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, at one point we asked to borrow a kettle and they sent one up to our room. The food was fine, there was plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner although it was sometimes not that hot and often over salted. The restaurant staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Would I use this hotel again? Definitely. I felt that it was well placed and good value for money.

We were given a room with broken air conditioning the temperature in the room was 27 degrees. It took the 3rd day to be moved. Complained and it’s been ignored. Had been a regular customer with this hotel and was treated disgracefully. Would certainly not recommend this hotel anymore

Room was dirty when we arrived. Sheets were dirty and stained. Room dated. For the price, okay place to stay. Staff was great. Pool area wonderful. They charge for pool towels though which i thought was really annoying.

Loved the proximity to the sea, however did not realise i had to climb up the hill to come back from the beach. Felt very safe there with the front desk. Breakfast had a nice buffet. Wifi was very weak.

Hotel online looked so nice. On entrance it was very modern could tell spend a lot on a cool refurb lovely design. Downstairs the pool and the entrance and the landings were great. As soon as you walk to bedroom they are so so dated and gross. We also found our door wide open a few times. It's as if they ran out of money for the bedrooms. Disappointing!!!

This property has been really well refurbished on the ground floor and public areas, but our room was very outdated. The shower had very poor flow and our balcony was tiny. The property is located up a hill so would not recommend for anyone with a disability or trouble walking. Otherwise is nice hotel with a lovely pool, good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Nice property for the money, staff could be nicer for sure. Walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything and anything especially the people in the surrounding rooms.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast more than continental - full breakfast every morning. Nice pool with sun loungers around it. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Very short walk to the beach / port and to the bus stop (which connects you to the rest of the island). Would stay here again!

Great hotel close to the Port. Rooms are spacious and decorated in typical Mediterranean style. Great pool area, good breakfast, and very helpful staff. Very clean with regular cleaning and sanitizing throughout.

We had a great week at Eden Nord. They are taking cleanliness very seriously and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are a little tired but we didn’t mind.

3 Friends, Desperate for Sunshine
Quite a nice hotel less than 10 minutes from the beach, the location was excellent for those staying in Port de Soller but wanted easy access to Palma, Deiá and Soller itself. The rooms themselves were fairly dated, and the A/C didn’t work properly which definitely wasn’t ideal during the heat of summer. Couldn’t fault the communal areas though, nice sized pool with sun beds and sunloungers with a trendy reception area.

Perfect Getaway
Booked at last min and was not sure given previous reviews but price was good for a balcony and sea view. I also got Dinner included for the cost of a round of drinks so great value. This hotel has cleaeing been refurbished recently. Lobby/pool/dining room immaculately clean and bright. Bedroom was huge with wonderful balcony. Breakfast great choices and plenty even at 10am. Expected we wouldn't eat dinner except for the first night although it was included as we love so many of the resturants on the front. Ended up eating at the hotel 5 out of 6 nights as choice and quality was excellent even for very fussy eaters who like quality. The hotel is really close to the beach, 7 min walk from bus stop/ 4 mins from tram stop. I'd be happy to stay there again in the future

Nice hotel
It’s a nice hotel in the port de soller. Reception staff friendly and attentive. Newly renovated pool and entry, but the rooms need some love. Confortable beds and good selection for breakfast

Amazing stay
Some reviews did not do this hotel justice, all staff were courteous and helpful especially the restaurant staff, they were always smiling, the food was excellent, very good variety and choices, The cleaning lady was amazing, I could not find anything negative, some says that furniture needs updating which it could, but that does not give negative experience about the hotel. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable and see you again soon.
