“Not Impressed”

I recently spent five nights at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with it. In my opinion, there is no way this hotel is deserving of four stars. I have recently stayed in a three star hotel that was vastly superior. Air conditioning did not work, "spa" bath did not work, the room (for a 4 star) was very basic. The worst part of it was the non stop noise of doors slamming throughout the night and the elevator constantly opening and closing all night long. Couldn't get a wink of sleep. I would recommend people save their money for a proper four star hotel and not waste it on this place.

“Nice hotel”

We spent 3 night in this hotel. The staff were all friendly and the receptionest was very helpful recommending places to eat and drink. We made use of the spa facilities on a rainy afternoon, these were good. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and it was well worth paying the extra for it. Our room was large & comfortable, only problem was we were above the lift shaft so it was quite noisy. Also the hairdryer did not work in the room and we couldn't find any English channels on the TV, but overall it was good.

Area recommendations
Along the Carrer Sant Magi we found a few nice trendy bars, there were also lots of bars in the Santa Cruz area.

“Ideal base for exploring Palma”

Rooms light and airy with plenty of space. An excellent base to explore Palma. We paid the extra for an excellent buffet breakfast to suit every taste. We ate snacks in the bar, reasonable price and well served. The staff were very helpful, they spoke excellent English and were more than happy to help our attempts at Spanish. The spa area is great - we were a three generation party and made good use of the indoor pool and jacuzzis.

“New Year Break”

Very pleased with the Armadams. Good location, good facilities (for the price) - really good breakfast included No complaints at all. The pool area looked much better than any photos I saw on the Internet. I would imagine it would be very nice to sit out by the pool for breakfast in the warmer weather (we were there for New Year).

Round the bay will be cheaper - city centre may be a bit quirky....

“Good hotel for the price!”

Overall it was a nice stay. Simple check-in and out. Block away from then harbor.

“What would be expected from a 4* hotel”

A comfortable hotel, fairly quiet location, just one street back from the harbour road, which is connected by a flight of (steep) steps. Good breakfasts. About a 20 minute walk to the old town.

“Gutes Hotel für Kurzzeit-Urlaub”

Etwas zu laut, wenn Zimmer zur Haupt-/Verkehrsstr. liegt, aber tolerabel. Wir haben es genutzt, um noch einen Tag vor Kreuzfahrt in Palma zu haben und sind allerbest zufrieden gewesen!

“Hotel ARMADAMS proche de rien...”

Je suis actuellement à palma et j'ai du dormir à l'hotel Armadams pour une nuit. C'est une "punition". Impossible de dormir car aucune insonorisation entre les chambres. La forme du matelas est concave tellement le matelas doit être vieux. il y avait même des bêtes dans le lit de mes enfants. Bon courage.

“Brilliant”

This hotel was really a pleasent surprise. Everything was brilliant. Service, room, breakfast and the staff. I strongly recommend Hotel Armadams.
