Comfortable clean small hotel in great location, friendly service and very good food. Stayed one night en route to rented apartment, would certainly do so again.

I was very disappointed with the room. It was literally smaller than the smallest category on a cruise ship. The room could not accommodate our luggage. The bathroom was a joke, smallest bathroom I've ever seen. The sink slightly smaller than a drink bottle. When you sat on the toilet your head literally hit the shower. I scour reviews before I book and I was shocked there was not more comments about how small the rooms were.

The orientation of the rooms are different and not all the same size. most of the bathrooms are a very spacious size and others because of the position of the room are a llittle smaller, The rooms are decorated to a very high standard. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with the room you had but we always try our best to help accomodate guest changes when asked. Maybe when looking at the reviews you could see that guests really enjoy the hotel, the location and the style of the hotel . Delightful small hotel, very good breakfast & friendly staff. Lunch & dinner also good quality food. Just a few metres to the beach was perfect and also at the quieter end of bay. No issue finding parking spaces on the streets behind the hotel.

Wonderful holiday in the Port.
A lovely stay at this beachfront hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice room with fantastic view. The breakfast buffet is incredible, you will not go hungry.

Little gem.
Arrived late in the evening. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful in finding us somewhere to eat at 11pm. Our room was facing the sea and quite small in comparison to my daughter's large room at the rear (mountain facing). We did have a balcony which was wotrth the compromise for smaller room size. Would recommend a volume limiter on TVs as we had neighbours for a couple of nights who had TV volume high. Unrivelled position on the pine walk and able to step right out to the beach. Bathrooms modern and practical with unlimited hot water and good shower. Bed was a kingsize I think and very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Cleaning staff around all day so are very flexible in their approach to clean the rooms. Breakfast exceeded expectations.Lots of fruit, cereals, various breads, pastries, cooked options every day with bacon, eggs (cooked in a variety of ways). Omlettes, cooked meats and cheeses, preserves. Nice coffee machine. Only downside,as ever in Spain, are the teabags which are lacking in taste. Small price to pay for such a good breakfast. All staff are really good at their jobs, helpful, respectful and pleasant. Ate in the restaurant twice during our stay which was lovely but there is so much to choose from in terms of going out for food in Puerto Pollensa. Spoilt for choice. Didnt have a car so unable to comment on parking facilities. I would imaging that its difficult to park close to the hotel. Best to get a transfer or taxi. Reduces the stress.

Bliss by the beach.
This hotel is a gem of a place and we have used it many times. The views across the bay are wonderful,the staff are helpful and efficient and the Hotel is spotless. Breakfasts are especially memorable with a unique little Mallorcain table of cold meats, bread, olives and cheese. Dinner is well balanced for choice and cost..we ate a lovely meal under the pines as the sun set.

Great stay Hoposa Bahia.

Excellent beachside position and friendly staff. Very good breakfast selection. Wish we had been able to book a seaview room with a balcony though, as our seaview room only had 2 windows and nowhere for us both to sit in the room - other than on the beds.

Excellent hotel in great location
Really great find just on the beachfront in Pollensa. Very friendly staff. Huge bed in the room. Nice toiletries. Only thing I would note is that our reservation said mountain view from the room, but we actually faced onto a (not so pretty) road.

Lovely Hotel! Shame about the grumpy staff member!
We enjoy our 2 night stay. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach…literally! Rooms well presented. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was delicious and with lovely sea views. We decided to book for dinner and encountered a very grumpy waitress. Service was a little slow, drinks forgotten and when the food eventually arrived it was literally thrown on the table. Lovely meal but the experience was rather ruined by our this young lady. Overall we would return as this was the only negative.

Beautiful stay, first class service.
Amazing stay at Hoposa Bahia. Beautiful boutique style hotel, right on the beach. The service is wonderful, and the team so friendly. Great menu for lunch/ dinner. Breakfast was included and offered a huge choice. A truly relaxing stay, will definitely return.

Had a wonderful holiday at the Bahia the location is amazing we were in a sea view room with a balcony with a view of the whole bay and it was only a few steps across the pine walk to the beach. The staff are so friendly at all times. The room was cleaned and made up every day and the hotel is spotless. The breakfast has an amazing choice and filled us up for the day. Cannot praise this hotel enough and will definitely book for next year

No view at all.
A lovely small hotel in a great location but for me lacked friendliness. I wasn’t happy with the room, so small I didn’t have a place to put my suitcase and wardrobe blocked by extra bed. Mountain view was a joke it was of a back street.

Charming small hotel in a idyllic location
Bahia is a charming hotel in a fabulous location. We had breakfast everyday right on the beach, and spent our days sunbathing. It was so nice to be able to pop back to our room so quickly. The breakfast was good, and service friendly and professional. Our room (303) was small, but with a very nice balcony with a stunning sea view. The location on the pine walk is in my view the best in Puerta Pollensa. We preferred it to Hotel Pollentia, where we stayed for the first few days of our trip. The Pollentia is a bit ‘bling’. The Bahia quietly confident. Some feedback for the hotel: I suggest you sell the non-balcony sea view rooms separately. I didn’t like running the risk of not having a balcony on arrival and this may put others off booking. And get some better photographs. What you have doesn’t do your beautiful property justice.
