“Good location”
The hotel is in a great location directly across from the beach. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel nor the friendliness of the staff However, the corridors are tiled and can be very noisy with travelers coming and going as the suitcases roll along the tiled floors. The food is rather repetitive and of a 3* standard. Hair dryer, fridge etc available at extra cost.
“Suitable for everyone.”
Lovely clean popular hotel. Not too busy not to quiet. Nice pool area. Rooms were simple but spotless and had everything you need. Nice big bathroom and great shower. Breakfast dinner etc was buffet style but was nice and had plenty of choice. Location was excellent. Right on the beach front and in the centre of the whole resort although wasn't noisy at all. Staff were very pleasant and friendly and always said hello - reception staff, maids, cleaners, handy man etc Hotel ideal for all groups young and old. Although i wouldn't say kids - however I did go in Sept which was the quieter time. Overall a great all round hotel right in the heart of the resort.

“One of the better hotels in Santa Ponsa”
Great location situated centrally by the beach. Slightly noisy due to early morning street cleaners and road side position. Good standard of food worthy of a 3 star / 3+ star. The shops and resteraunts to the left of th hotel are alot better presented than those in the main town area (to the right of the hotel as you look out to sea). The main town is a bit of a dump. Overall the hotel make a good base for a short break. Nice beach and only about 5 miles from Magaluf, water parks etc
“Nice hotel”
We went to this hotel in September 08. We really enjoyed it and returned on 2nd may 09. It is right in front of a lovely beach. There is a Mcdonalds across the street, but it quite nice to look at and it is low key, as is the resort in general. There are a lot of Irish people in ths resort and this is reflected by the many Irish Bars. The hotel is spotless and the staff are friendly. Only negatives are; There are no English tv channels and the food is very average.

Hotel ottimamente posizionato in un'area tranquilla. Pulito e con personale molto gentile ed alla mano. Colazione a buffet con classica scelta dolce/salato, clientela internazionale (pochissimi italiani). Consiglio assolutamente anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli!

Je reviens de 5 jours passés dans cet hotel. Nous avons été très satisfait. Cadre agréable: belle plage propre, pas trop de monde, nombreux commerces & restaurants à proximité, location de vélos, etc. Hôtel très agréable: petit déj royal, dîner correct, belle piscine, nombreux transat, joli chambre avec vu sur piscine et mer, Réception très sympa. Seul point négatif: cloisons entre les chambres un peu fines & un peu trop de musique à la piscine (même si elle est agréable).
