From beginning to end the Reverence Mare and staff ensured our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is a clean and welcoming environment. The staff provide helpful service with a smile and it’s close proximity to the beach, restaurants and transport links to the city make this a great place to visit.

Lovely hotel. We upgraded to a sea view privelege room which was lovely and also gave you the benefit of access to the sky lounge area which was lovely but unfortunately the pool wasn't cleaned like the main pools were and the bar wasn't open there in order to get a drink. Maybe would be in peak season. Would stay again though.

This was my second time here and it was just as lovely as before. Very relaxing and quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly which made my stay as a solo traveller so much better. Loved my room which was big and had a nice balcony next to some of the swim up rooms. Breakfast was yummy every morning and dinner had a nice variety. I'll be back again!

Very nice friendly hotel, the rooms are clean with a very comfortable bed and quality bed sheets, cleaned every day, pool, bar, breakfast buffet, all very high quality, modern decor, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault it. Palma nova is nice resort with plenty of options for restaurants and bars with nice beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Hotel - We found it hard to leave!
This is a really great hotel with excellent amenities including a number of pools. It is very close to the beach and bars and restaurants are all in walking distance. The staff are all really friendly and helpful

Pros- rooms clean and comfortable, food good with varied selection, convenient location. Cons- no atmosphere around pools, entertainment poor. Some confusion as to who can access the swim up pool areas as we had other guests thinking it was ok to enter and exit via our private swim up pool veranda! The hotel did advise such guests this wasn’t where they should enter as a public ladder was available for that pool but at that point it was too late! Signage or barrier should be added ASAP to avoid any altercations as this ruined our stay unfortunately.

I do not recommend during peak season
Hotel room smelled like sewage and AC was not functioning. Another room similar to ours was not available so we decided to stay under these conditions. Hotel staff did not let us know that some sunbeds in front of our room were private to me each room. We had a very rude neighbor guest scream at us although the hotel did not let us know!! We called the hotel and again, nothing was done and we had to stay uncomfortably with an unstable neighbor unless we wanted to downgrade. Hotel staff is friendly and location is great but some upkeeping and repairs need to be done.

Regarding your room in your case you have booked a side sea view that has been allocated nearby a group of swim-up rooms.The pool of the swim up can be used but the sunloungers that are placed on the terrace of the swim up rooms are private for the guests of these Regarding the change of the rooms during the peack season as you have said are complicad because most of the days we do not have free rooms or at least no free rooms of the same type. The property is run down and needs a face lift. The first appearance is pretty but then at second look the coaches in lobby are old. Bedroom is plain and beds aren’t good. One day they didn’t make up our room I had to exchange towels myself. Pool needs more umbrellas. Maria and Gloria at reception were wonderful! The female bartender at the pool was rude. Rolled her eyes at me because I asked for water and she thought it was so strange I didn’t want the water in the bottle and when I asked for ice I accidentally spilled the ice and she made rude comments. She needs better training.

Per quanto riguarda i faretti, abbiamo già avvisato il nostro team di manutenzione per cambiarli e vorremmo anche aggiungere che stiamo lavorando per pulire le piscine più spesso in modo che siano il più pulite possibile. In general a good hotel. Vey good location and nice rooms, especially the rooms with sea view. Our main concern was the cleaning of the rooms which were not up to standards. One day cleaning was totally missed and another we didn't get any towels, also the standard of the cleaning that was performed was not top notch... Each time we had to tell the reception and after our complaints they fixed each issue. Although, quite annoying and time consuming to have to visit the reception every other day to complain on cleaning. Could have been done correct first time. Breakfast buffet was ok, not better than that. Main problem is that the warm buffet was never really warm. But to conclude, we had a very nice stay regardless the issues we faced. Also, must add that the reception staff was always very friendly and helpful!

Lovely hotel, good gluten free breakfast
Great hotel. My partner is a coeliac and the separate gluten free area at breakfast was great. Only thing, the front rooms can be loud at night, as expected for this location though being literally just off the beach

Fabulous stay
Fantastic first stay in palma nova. Hotel was fabulous , view from 5th floor privilege room was superb. Service was great, clean hotel, food was good , only had breakfast twice. Location was ideal and cloae to many bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel
