Arrived in a hire car, pretty difficult to park - you need to find a space in the surrounding streets (anywhere apart from on coloured or zig zag lines). Not too bad if you keep looking though! 10 minutes from the airport. Greeted by staff on arrival, very friendly and multilingual. Room was basic with no TV but clean enough with a balcony and hot shower. Breakfast was adequate (a croissant and a couple of rolls with ham or cheese. Tea or coffee also) for the price. Bar prices are very good and there is a nice terrace to sit and relax with your drink. Ca'n Pastilla itself is a friendly compact town with plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes. The beaches are fine too. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good base for exploring the island or anyone wanting budget accommodation.
Great little hotel with lovely courtyard and bar area. The courtyard is used for open air eating and we enjoyed a splendid lunch there provided by the on-site Misa Brasserie. Hotel is very handy for the train and bus stations, and just a shortish walk down a lovely shopping street for the cathedral. All in all, top notch. Hotel is thoroughly recommended and excellent value for money.
We arrived late after a horrible ferry experience. The hotel was a lovely way to welcome us to Palma, comfortable but small room. All the facilities are great. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice place to relax although it did get crowded. Pretty good buffet breakfast. I would stay here again

You go there because of the fantastic outside facilities: spacious garden-like grounds, various pools, chillout areas, andgreat views of the coastline. The room, even though it had seaview, left much to be desired: the bed was too narrow and the room had stains.
Despite their inability to provide clean glasses for orange juice we recommend the breakfast buffet as it offered an excellent range of options and good quality food. The omelettes and crepes need a heating plate.

Fantastic hotel in great location. We have a 4 year old and were worried about the location. Muro is perfect, close to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants about and about 4 Euros on the bus to Alcudia Old Town. The hotel rooms were clean and the kitchenette was invaluble. The pool areas were fantastic and the entertainment and staff fantastic. Our son decided to hide some toys that we forgot and the hotel sent them back to us with no questions asked. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We travelled with our two-year old son and were looking for somewhere 'off the beaten track' yet relatively close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Son Siurana was an ideal location. The property combines the convenience of a hotel with self-catering facilities which is perfect for families with young children.

Lovely relaxing holiday. Loads of space within hotel grounds and loads of free sunloungers. Fantastic range of food options and bustling waiting staff and credit to the cooks / chefs - thanks. Lovely pool - all lit up at night with fountains. No gym though and golf range is pretty basic. Rooms good (a little small), but have fridge and aircon (which switches off if you open the balcony door (as we discovered - it wasn't broken!)). We were top floor (419) at north end - overlooking tennis courts. Very quiet - maybe a bit noisier at other end. Lifts a bit of a squeeze and the one to the pool level was quite a wait sometimes. Lots of Germans, but no problem with that (get by in German more than Spanish). Lots of things for kids. Wifi expensive (each mobile / tablet has to pay separately - come on, this is the 21st century - make it free! And you need to pay for the safe too! Very helpful staff on reception when booking tours and checking buses. Highly recommended. Thanks! PS Used ResortHoppa for transfers - great!
