“Good Central Hotel”

Hotel good for both Palma Nova and Magaluf. Not reccomended for a quiet holiday as some rooms face onto Magalufs strip. However found staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms although basic were very clean.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised as Palma Nova, it was in fact in the noisiest part of Magaluf. We booked a room with 1 double & 1 single bed (2 adults-1 child aged 13) we where given a room with only 2 single beds. The hotel manager told us that he did not guarentee room requirements.

The room is small, and lacks a mini bar or fridge. The bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo and no hair dryer. The breakfast was not the best I have had. Oh and the AC was not working in the room we stayed in.

Hotel is on good location. Beach is close and many good restaurants.

“Not Really Impressed”

I had paid for a twin room, and when we arrived we were put into a room with 1 double bed, we mentioned this to reception who said it was all they had available, we could change the next day, when we went to change room the next day, the same thing happened. For both nights we stayed there, we were put in a room that we didn't pay for, and me and my friend (of the same sex) had to share a bed. Reception staff were unhelpful and should work on communicating amongst themselves.

Es war alles super... Der Service, Verpflegung (Fruehstueck u. Abendessen), die Lage des Hotels, sauberer Pool wenn auch sehr klein, uvm. Das Einzige was etwas Schade war das Badezimmer das schon schmutzig war... Vorallem die dusche wollte man ungerne betreten. Aber wen man was angemekrt an der Rezeption haben sie sich sofort am nachsten morgrn darum gekuemmertt und von so einem Service kann man nur begeistert sein. Sachen austauschen, bestimmte Stellen saubermachen... Alles kein Problem und sehr schnell. Ich wuerde eine Reise fuer den geringen Preis auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Viele Engländer in der Umgebung - die gern die ganze Nacht durchfeiern wollen! Alle Klimanlagen im Zimmer waren kaputt. Sollte repariert werden...ich bin der Meinung dass hatten die nicht vor. Magalluf und Palmanova Strände sind angenehm.

“Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage”

+ schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen + zwei Strände direkt in der Nähe (beim zweiten auch ein McDonalds) + viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pubs in der Nähe + Autoverleih direkt im Hotel + Zimmerservice und freundliches Personal + schöner großer Balkon - harte Betten (man kann die Federn nach ein paar Tagen spüren)
