shame about the location, but had a great stay. staff were great. 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. not for those with walking difficulties, but I loved my stay. rooms are not fantastic but very clean,and includes breakfast. which was very good. a long way away from good eating establishment. I would definately book here again if in Palma. if you can figure out the buses you dont have to take taxies everywhere. try it and see. nothing to do with hotel but was charged an extra 6 euros to get a taxi to cruise port. didnt understand why and driver didnt speak english. try and get an upper floor room and you can have a balcony overlooking the pool.

“Value for money”

The staff were wonderful. The public areas well maintained and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel is quite small and this is a plus. There was always room round the pool and towels were provided. Approx 40 mins walk into Palma or a short bus journey (stop near the hotel). Bathroom was modern, but the bedroom was in need of refurbishment, there were carpets on the floor and the furniture was shabby. However there was plenty of room and the rooms were clean. For the price we paid, can't complain and would go back

“Great location, great friendly staff, great breakfast”

This was booked on the back of the reviews already placed and I must agree with the good reviews. The staff were great, all friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, although cold but great and there were always beds available. The bar prices were extremely good too, 3 beers for 4 euros!!!!! Breakfast is continental style and you could really fill up for the morning. Its location is just great as it was really lovely and quiet. It would not suit elderly people who cannot walk well though as to get down to the port you have to walk down about 200 steps......alright going down but after a night out oppps very very tiring, really slept well. The hotel is spotless, the rooms great, there was three of us and we shared a room and there was enough room for all of us.....I am hoping to come back again, this time with my husband as it is a really lovely place...

“Great facilities and staff”

The standard was great for the price although the location is on the edge of town. Great for the castle and harbour, but some may find the steep hill difficult. However, only a 7 Euro ride from the centre. More an apartment than hotel room as there are cooking facilities and a fridge. Breakfast was also excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. There is also a free PC and printer with internet access. I would certainly return.

“Huge room but surprised of finding a kitchen as well”

Nice hotel with swimming pool. Good breakfast available till 10:30+ in the morning with flexibility. Good location in palma, but need a car to go to beaches also because near the city there aren't any of good quality. Overall good experience, would definitely go back to do the same type of holiday: get on the car in the morning, travel to different parts of the island everyday and go back to palma in the evening. If you are looking for a place that offers nice beaches at walink distance, this is not the place for you.

“Good clean hotel”

Hotel was very clean and well managed. Very helpful staff regards places to eat, how to get somewhere etc. Free internet and printer which was great for finding attractions. Room decor a bit dated, but very clean and spacious. No kettle in room, but full kitchen with fridge. Car parking a bit cramped out front, worried our hire car could get bumped, but we used the carpark at rear of hotel which is secure.. just need to press buzzer to get in. Hotel pool excellent and breakfast spread was good too. WE would stay here again.

“Just the ticket.”

Virtually everything about this hotel lived up to our expectations - from the warm, friendly welcome to the absolutely spotless rooms. Breakfast was a highlight as was the view straight across the bay to the cathedral from our balcony. The only minus points were the severe lack of parking and the lift breaking down twice in four days. A fair number of our fellow guests had, as we had, hired cars which meant the fifteen or so parking places outside the front door were quickly filled - street parking was then the only option but this was also at a premium.

“BQ Augusta Aparthotel”

Ottimo servizio e pulizia delle camere, presenti piscina, lettini e parcheggio gratuito interno. Camere con cucina e frigo, aria condizionata e di dimensioni adeguate al turista in visita dell'isola. Internet gratuito in reception e wi-fi a pagamento in camera. Buona colazione (inclusa) dolce/salata ma il ristorante è limitato a qualche pizza (decente) e della carne (buona e abbondante). E' chiaro che il cliente tipico mangia fuori visitando la città e pertanto il servizio si è adatto ad offrire un minimo di ristorazione ma curata. Bella la cena davanti alla piscina a lume di candela. A due passi dal grande centro commerciale Porto Pi, da un paio di ristoranti/taperie, fast-foods e una farmacia. Se si noleggia un auto è facile fare la spesa e partire subito per le gite di esplorazione dell' isola: dopo un paio di incroci si trova subito l'innesto della tangenziale di Palma. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e l'albergo è in una posizione silenziosa. Prezzo contenuto. Consigliato!

“Passables Hotel in der Nähe des Hafens”

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Wir wollten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Hafens, weil wir auf eine Kreuzfahrt wollten. Für eine Nacht war das Hotel in Ordnung. Es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war zeimlich groß. Bei war sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile integriert, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend. Einen längeren Urlaub hätte ich dem Hotel aber auch nicht wirklich verbringen müssen. Es liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet und ist total unauffällig. Entspannung in einem schönen Hotel stelle ich mir persönlich anders vor.
