Lovely hotel. One block back from the busy promenade and Beach. Very easy to get to. 20€ from airport on taxi. Modern public areas, nice staff team. Trees pretty. Food good. Room suited our family well. Cot very good. Nice to have a kitchenette. All three pools were very cold and not useable by our youngest child, including indoor, and the jacuzzi. (October). May be ok in summer months but not October onwards I’d say. Playroom is a good addition but minimal games present- it’s the space you enjoy rather than specific things to do within it. Was smelly at times but very useable. Some simple games, paper, crayons would be nice. And perhaps a large playpen/ fenced area for safe play for under 2s (and as a rest for the parents). Generally the hotel met our needs well and we would consider to come back- it’s nice. Just a shame about the pools and the playroom which were the major pull for us as a young family. Thank you.

Staff is good . Property is Near to Beach and public transport is hardly a minute walk. Property with view ,pool and good buffet options.

Staff was very friendly & close to the beach. Very clean. I did not like the beds as they were two twins put together & they would pull apart often. But other than that our stay was amazing.

Fantastic location- less than 5 min walk to a marvellous beach and 100 metres from a bus stop which got us into Palma in 15 mins for 1.50 euros. The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty of sun beds and some good night time entertainment.

Great place to stay with kids! Big rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly! Great service. Great food! Amazing location! Very close to the beach! Bus stop is right near the hotel! You can get to Palma in 15-20 minutes by bus 25. We will definitely be back.

Great holiday !
My husband and I had a brilliant time staying at this resort. Our apartment was lovely and comfortable, the Aparthotel grounds where very nice and the pool area was spotless clean and kept to a high standard . All of the staff where friendly and polite and customer service was excellent. Would stay again.

Nice place
Very nice place to stay, good kitchen with goods. Beds too small because two twins beds for two adults and two children. Nice indoor pool. Restaurant close early.

Great hotel in a great location!
We had a great time at this hotel. I had booked a one bedroom apartment for three adults (two twin beds and a sofa bed) but when we got to the room it was a two bedroom apartment for no extra cost which was great as it meant nobody had to sleep in the living area. The only down side was that it was on the ground floor with a view of the wall and the "balcony" it came with was a table and chairs outside the door. The apartment was really clean and tidy and we didn't have to pay anything extra for air conditioning. We didn't use the wifi as we were only there for a few nights and the safe didn't seem to work. We had half board (breakfast and evening meal) and there was a good choice of tasty food! Drinks are included with breakfast (juices, water and hot drinks) but you have to pay for drinks with the evening meal. There are two swimming pools, we used the smaller one near our apartment. It wasn't heated (the sea was warmer!) but was very refreshing as it was 34 degrees that day! The only down side was that it's only open from 10am-6pm, although there was no lifeguard or anyone stopping people from being in there before or after those times. The hotel is only a two minute walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. There was always something going on along the front so it was nice to sit with a cocktail and watch the world go by in the evenings.

We luckily stayed in one of the uodated rooms. Other guests weren't so Lucky, and their beds were old and hard.

Hotel haben wir gebucht wegen Meerblick, uns war gar nicht bewusst, dass sich um reiner Kinderhotel handelte, essen auswahl war auch den kindern gewidmet. Es war teilweise sehr laut in der Speisesaal, Eltern haben zur teil auf kindern nicht aufgepasst. Es soll beim buchen wirklich deutlich betont werdrn , dass hotel für Erwachsenen ohne kinder nicht geignet ist. An Rezeption sehr sehr nettes personal, da haben wir über essen auswahl geäußert, und danach fanden wir von tag zu tag verbesserung an essen auswahl.

Fijn hotel, met plezierig personeel. Wij hadden logies ontbijt en het ontbijtbuffet was super uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Wij zaten in een appartement met woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers en er werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Dat hebben we wel eens anders mee gemaakt. Het hotel is door een straat, een klein park en de boulevard gescheiden van het mooie schone zandstrand. Het hotel heeft 2 zwembaden. Het grote zwembad aan de voorkant heeft voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Aan handdoekje leggen doet niemand hier dus er is altijd plaats, heel fijn! Het rustige zwembad aan de achterkant is heel fijn om baantjes te trekken, maar het bad heeft wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. In het hotel komen vrij veel Nederlandse gezinnen.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute, agréable et professionnel. Vraiment un grand bravo! Cependant, le buffet du soir n’est pas très bon a contrario de celui du matin. L’appartement/hôtel 2chambres est très bien disposé et bien pensé seulement, les deux canapé lit 1personne dans la chambre enfant ne sont pas confortable du tout et les deux lits simple dans la chambre adulte ne le sont pas du tout non plus.
