This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3).

Long weekend break
Stay overall was very good however I was very disappointed that the air conditioning was not on in the bedroom.when we asked why we were told because it wasn’t hot enough.however it was on in the reception and the bar and restaurant.

The hotel was lovely and we had a junior suite witch was excellent and maid service superb.the pool area was very clean as so was pool.sun Beds we’re a bit uncomfortable.we stayed on a bed and breakfast board and whilst the choice was good I’m afraid the hot food was cold on every morning! We were kept awake until 5am on several nights by very noisy guests. I think this hotel would be better without an all inclusive package option.

Great location awful hotel and staff!!
The plus point is this hotel is in a amazing location great bars and beaches all within walking distance. The hotel itself is awful!!! Unhelpful and rude staff, awful food and even worse entertainment!! We did not have any fresh towels for 3 days and the bathroom sink was infested with ants. Also all the German guests leave there towels on the sunbeds by the pool all week so you have no chance of ever getting one!!

Never again, avoid this hotel
Holiday spoiled due to the food, sheets only changed once in two weeks, no air conditioning anywhere, restaurant and entertainment full of sweating people, DJ kept playing explicit songs every night whilst children was dancing when I complained he played more songs with F this and F that. We complained to the hotel manager who said he didn't understand the songs as they were English. Avoid this hotel !

The hotel owner needs to bring the hotel into this century , the hotel looks grubby!! . The staff were excellent and worked very hard to make sure that everyone had a good holiday. The staff should be paid 100% more. The owner of the Hotel , by how the hotel has been left and not updated shows he/she could not care less about the guest. There is no air conditioning and you have to pay daily for a fan.....disgraceful !!! well done to all the staff at Gran Playa !!

You get what you pay for. No air con in hotel, have to rent a fan and reception staff are ok...depends what mood they are in as to how helpful they want to be. Great location next to the beach. Don't expect too much from hotel.

The location of the property is ok. Its located an hour away from the centre by car. This may seem like it’s not a lot of time but you have to drive through mountains and there is no street lights at night so it’s pretty dangerous. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I had to go into a discussion with the receptionist when I asked for 2(?!?!) new towels. The food was too salty, cold, and did not seem fresh.

Die Gäste passen zum Haus - ein Zumutung wäre Grass untertrieben. Ich habe noch nie ein so schmutziges und veraltetes Zimmer gesehen - nahezu überall schaden und Mängel. Eine Kloake! Bleiben Sie um Gottes Willen fern! Beschwerden wurden alle mit Achselzucken abgewiesen.

Agréable séjour en appart hôtel pour une partie d'entre nous Et en chambre classique pour l'autre. Les + Les appartements étaient excentrés dû bâtiment principal et bénéficiaient d'une piscine dédiée plus aux familles et moins bondée que les bassins principaux. Chaque appart un balcon et un coin kitchenette Les - une déco à rafraîchir. Dans le aller inclusive, l'eau est donné au verre au bar comme les boissons gazeuses! À la fermeture du bar prévoir d'acheter des bouteilles d'eau !

Balkon war super. Betten mit Federkernmatratzen ziemlich unangenehm. Badezimmer war das absolut schlechteste - "dringenst renovierungsbedürftig". Buffet war bis auf Kleinigkeiten schlecht - "Frühstücksflocken zäh! Gurke zäh! Verfaulte Weintrauben." Wir waren abends immer auswärts Essen, das Essen im Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Pool waren wir kein einziges Mal - Gartenanlage war nicht schön. Der Strand war perfekt und wunderschön. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund ums Hotel - war echt super.

Meget brugt hotel, der er ikke ret meget der virker, på vores værelse var div lamper og wc i stykker, døren kunne ikke låses, og personalet var ligeglade. Maden . Morgenmad var ok, resten var ikke egnet til mennesker. Skal aldrig på det hotel igen.

Vi fikk oppholdet veldig billig, så jeg forventet ikke stort. Jeg ble overrasket, og jeg syntes hotellet (Leilighetene) var absolutt verdt pengene. Hotellet ligger lokalt til strender, butikker, og restauranter. Det er også en fin kyststi som kan anbefales. Skulle en trenge noe, så er det en stor butikk som ligner en smule på coop obs bare at denne butikken har alkohol i tillegg.

Ok, für einen Kurztripp
Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel. Check in stand in unserem unseren Unterlagen um 12.00h. Wir mussten aber bis fünf warten. Das Zimmer war okay für die kurze Dauer, aber man muss alles extra bezahlen wie zb Kühlschrank, TV, etc. Es ist keine Ausstattung und erinnerte mich an Jugendherberge. Die Küchenzeile konnte man nicht nutzen und wir haben keine Mahlzeit dort zubereitet. Es hat eklig gerochen. Die Badewanne war kaputt und wie Schmirgelpapier. Die Toilette ging nicht richtig sauber und spülte nicht richtig. Es war Horror. Wir haben uns sehr wenig dort aufgehalten, so hatten wir doch einen schönen Urlaub. Sa coma nächstes Jahr wieder, aber ein anderes Hotel. Die Lage allerdings war super, außer der Müll vor dem Hotel hat auch nicht gerade ansprechend gewirkt.

Hôtel trop bruyant
Hôtel difficile à trouver venant en voiture de l'aéroport (pas de parking, dans la rue). Extrêmement bruyant (enfants jouant dans les couloirs de l'hôtel, portes qui claquent, murs très minces, ...), même hors période juillet-août. Remplis de touristes anglais et allemands s'estimant chez eux. L'hôtel est constitué de 3 parties : 1 établissement principal et 2 blocs à part d'appartements (avec piscine). 1 des 2 blocs est beaucoup plus calme. Chambre propre, salle de bains aussi. Par contre il faut être tolérant avec les installations, très vétustes et anciennes (pas de TV, prises électriques pendantes, frigos d'un autre monde, ...). Une réceptionniste sur les 5 que j'ai vus s'est montrée très à l'écoute, sinon, ils ignorent vos plaintes (ils sont submergés par les plaintes des touristes, cela peut se comprendre).

Vi fikk et billig opphold og var forberedt på dårlig standard. Det svarte igrunn til forventningene. Frokost var grei. Nok mat men kanskje litt simpelt. Fint basseng. Vi var i en egen leilighetsavdeling på utsiden av hotellet hvor det befant seg 5 hus med 12 leiligheter i hvert hus. dørhåndtak datt av, vasken lakk og badekaret var urent. Vi manglet også kjøleskap. Men jeg har ikke klaget fordi jeg var forberedt på at det var simpelt. Betjeningen på hotellet var imøtekommende og hyggelige. Ferien var uansett flott. Vi bodde midt i sentrum, kort gangavstand til stranda med masse butikker, restauranter og utflukter tilgjengelig rett utenfor døren vår.

Dette hotellet fortjener ikke mer en ett stjerne. Det var dårlig lukt i vårt rom på tredje etasje og hele anlegget er i ganske sliten stand selv om alt fungerer. Jeg forstår at det er et hotell med lav pris men da mann må vite at det er ikke standard på tre stjerner.

El hotel está en un lamentable estado de deterioro. La definición es CUTRE. La comida pésima, siempre las mismas cosas, pocas y malas. La fruta está pasada, los platanos y los kiwis se deshacen en la mano, no existe al menos un yogur con que llenar el estomago. La comida, lo peor con diferencia. Si se intenta pedir el picinic, vergonzoso. Los horarios de comidas no adaptados a españoles, a las 14.30 y 20.30 acaba la comida y cena y los encargados del comedor recogen las bandejas aunque haya clientes todavia comiendo. La animación del hotel, decepcionante casi nula, organizan un bingo y algo para niños. No hay televisión en las habitaciones. Las habitaciones con muebles viejos, colchas con rotos incorporados, nevera vieja y medio oxidada. La ducha atascada por la cal. Dos días en semana no limpian y por tanto no hay cambio de toallas. El aire acondicionado en el comedor es que abren las ventanas de un lado y otro, lo mismo donde la supuesta animación. Tampoco hay aire en habitaciones. Hay dos ascensores, de los cuales uno se averió y nos acabamos viniendo sin que lo arreglaran. En general una estancia muy decepcionante. Con algunos de los otros españoles con los que hablamos, así como algún portugués, era el tema de conversación. Todos se quejaban y hubo protestas. Es incomprensible que pueda ser un hotel de 3 estrellas. Es una pena que una isla tan bonita dé tan mala imagen y que unas vacaciones que se suponían agradables hayan sido tan penosas.

il personale è gentile e accogliente. Il cibo è buono e vario con servizio a buffet. Scarsa è la manutenzione degli arredi . C'è poca vigilanza da parte della direzione che dovrebbe provvedere e sorvegliare per mantenere ordine e pulizia dell'area piscina e dell' area bar, c'erano bicchieri di plastica ovunque, colpa anche di gente maleducata ma da parte della direzione ci deve essere più sorveglianza. i vetri della sala da pranzo erano sporchi e sul davanzale si siedeva sempre un gatto randagio, al di fuori dell'hotel ce ne erano abbastanza e questo non dà certo una buona immagine.La domenica e il giovedì non vengono eseguite le pulizie delle camere e siamo rimasti con gli asciugamani sporchi Quando siamo arrivati, noi eravamo in quattro mancavano a un letto lenzuola e cuscino che abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte. La sera ci hanno consegnate le lenzuola ma mancava il cuscino, lo abbiamo richiesto ma si sono fatti un appunto e consegnato il giorno dopo così mia figlia ha dormito senza

Generelt et meget fint ophold. Vi var der i juli måned og hotellet var fyldt helt op. Vi havde all inclusive og det betød at der var mange mennesker som skulle bespises, men det forløb alligvel ganske fint. Værelser og rengøringen var ok. Vi havde 2 værelser som begge var med havudsigt, men desværre uden air-conditin. Det var et fint pool-område med liv-redder og der var aktiviteter i løbet af dagen. 5 min. til en fantastisk sand strand og meget velegnet til børn. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet.

Realmente no pudimos disfrutar al máximo nuestra estadía en el hotel ya que los servicios que brinda son muy limitados y tiene grandes problemas de infraestructura. Entre los mas destacados hay temperaturas cercanas a los 40° y el hotel no posee A/A ni en las habitaciones y en sectores comunes. No recomendamos este hotel en lo mas mínimo.

el hotel esta viejo y no ofrece todo lo que dice en la web.El aire acondicionado no existe,tv tampoco y wifi lo has de pagar aparte.Las habitaciones son amplias peroel moviliario tan viejo que las hace incomodas.Es una pena porqe esta bien situado y el edificio es bonito si estubiera mejor cuidado.Sí hay que destacar que el personal es agradable,sobre todo el de cocina y comedor,son estupendos y los unicos que se preocupan por mejorar la estancia a los españoles,ya que todo esta enfocado a los extranjeros.Hay muchas cosas que mejorar de este hotel que aunque es economico no te lo regalan...

Wij zaten in de apartementen van dit hotel. Het was super! Nu zijn wij niet zulke luxe gewent dus was het voor ons prima te doen! We hadden een geweldige tuin met bijna een prive zwembad! Het was er lekker rustig en om de hoek heb je alles wat je nodig hebt.. Een gezellige pub.. Een hele grote supermarkt.. Het strand! Wij hebben genoten en zal het zeker aanraden aan andere

Helt okej lägenhetshotell, Fick dock be om att byta rum då det första var helt inrökt. Mycket tillmötesgående manlig receptionist som var villig att lösa alla problem. Vi hade halvpension och utbudet av mat var okej även om klassen på maten inte når några kulinariska höjder. Mycket tyska och engelska gäster som sätter sin prägel på mat och utbudet på orten. Med tanke på priset är vi som helhet nöjda.

L'hotel è un enorme struttura di 6 piani, la dotazione del cucinino è davvero minima, e sfortunatamente il wc della nostra camera non scaricava. Hanno mandato un idraulico, ma dopo un paio di volte è di nuovo andato fuori uso lo sciacquone!Bella la piscina, letti comodi,hotel pulito e staff giovane e cordiale.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We spent 7 days at this hotel by renting a studio. the studio didn't have a coffee or a tea maker, didn't have a TV and a/c as well... we didn't even have hot water due to a failure in maintenance. it was an unpleasant stay for my honeymoon.
