“Unter Berücksichtigung des Preises ziemlich gut.”

Überwiegend von Briten besuchte Apartments. Trotzdem fünf deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme. Das doch ziemlich nach Zigarettenrauch reichende Ambiente trübte etwas den i. Allg. positiven Eindruck. Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt und auch gewechselt.

“Budget accommodatie op top locatie, dichtbij strand en Palma”

Martha's appartamentos in Son Caliu, PalmaNova ligt zeer centraal voor het strand van PalmaNova of de snelweg naar Palma. Het is gelegen in een zeer rustige buitenwijk van PalmaNova. De appartementen zijn enigszins gedateerd en zeer gehorig, matrassen aan vervanging toe, wel ruim genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een goedkope, zeer eenvoudige accommodatie op goede locatie is het prima, mits je niet te veel verwacht.

oa.De stad Palma en de wijk Santa Catalina, strand van Illetas, strand van Puerto Portals, dorp Calvia, dorp Esporles, restaurant Son Cannet, restaurant CalaNova, Soller, Deia en omgeving...
Getting around
Bij veel parkeergarage's zijn gratis fietsen te huur, ook heeft Palma sinds kort het fietsverhuurplan bicipalma.
Family-friendly activities
Het Aquarium bij playa de Palma, agroturismo en waterspeeltuin Parc de Cannet net buiten Esporles.

“Martha Suite ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen”

Wir waren überrascht, wie großzügig das Apartment war. Die Aufteilung der Räume sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Ruhe im Hotel und um das Hotel herum war angenehm. Auch der öffentliche Parkplatz gleich hinter Martha Suite sehr praktisch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für ein 2-Sterne-Haus.

“Das Apartment-Hotel ist in der Nähe von PalmaNova, ruhig, aber verkehrstechnisch günstig.”

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Chef spricht auch deutsch. Unser Apartment für 2 Personen war relativ groß, besaß einen Wohn-/Küchenbereich, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 2 Balkone. Im Küchenbereich gibt es keinen Backofen und keine Kaffeemaschine. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Im Haus befindet sich ein Aufzug. Die Preise sind für die einzelnen Monate sehr unterschiedlich.

Getting there
Mit dem Auto von Palma kommend Richtung Andratx. Abfahrt Calvia/PalmaNova nehmen und den Hinweisschildern Son Caliu folgen. Nach dem letzten Abbiegen rechts, liegt das Hotel gleich in der ersten Straße links.
Getting around
Taxistand und Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Dining
Direkt an der Ecke Son Caliu gibt es ein großes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Ansonsten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung noch weitere kleine Bars und Restaurants.
Outdoors or beach
In direkter Umgebung gibt es zwar kleine Buchten, aber keinen schönen Strand.
