“Can't wait to go back”

Very good hotel for the price, but the decor's a little dated, although very clean & tidy. Staff are also extremely helpful. Ideal base for a week or long weekend. Will definitely book this hotel again for next trip tp Palma.

“Hotel looked tired”

The main lobby, bar & dining area were nice. The pool& bathing area were not used my us as it was November, but would have been more than adequate. The room was poor, there was a big gouge in the bath, light fittings hanging off the wall, the concrete holding the balcony rail had crumbled and fallen away. I was scared to tough the rail. The lighting was inadiquate and there was no light over the mirror. the nearest plug for the hairdryer was the other side of the rooom.
