great hotel...no awful surprises. Clean rooms, great facilities and close to beautiful beaches. It was everything that we expected after looking at their website. Would return again. Only thing I would miss next time is dining in the buffet restaurant...very loud, very busy and food not that great. However, the Spanish restaurant was fantastic along with the Italian.
This hotel is a 3* and with that in mind I would say that it is an excellent hotel. It is right on a beautiful beach and there are loads of things to do nearby. My kids loved the hotel as there was stuff for them to do in the day if they wanted to and a kids disco at night. Our room was spacious and very clean with a great balcony and an amazing view of the sea. It was air conditioned and had a fridge and a safe for a small charge. The food was a bit monotonous but the drinks were good and the kids enjoyed the ice creams. Staff were helpful and friendly on the whole.
Wonderful relaxing boutique hotel in the quiet resort of Camp de Mar. Not many facilities in the resort, but a handful of small restaurants, mini market, ice cream parlour is all you need. The hotel was adult only - clean and quiet. Felt very much that we were left to ourselves to relax, but at any time could contact the hotel staff and they would attend to our request. Top quality sun loungers and complimentary beach towels. Private door led right to the beach to allow for daily swims in the sea.

Great hotel have been here many times. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and plenty to eat and drink (all inclusive). Pool area is spacious and ideal if you want sun or shade. As for location you could not be better placed. Stones through from the sheltered bay and beach, as is the quiet and very relaxed main resort.
We booked a family room which had a sliding door between the bedroom and lounge area. It was very clean and well furnished if a bit dated in décor. An electric kettle would have been nice in the room. However, it met our needs well as we had a two year old with us. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the well-maintained grounds and swimming pools. The hotel is very close to the beach and in a quiet situation. The food was good, with a wide choice, but better quality coffee is recommended.
This is a lovely hotel located in Playa De Muro, just a short bus ride from the much busier Alcudia Port, which suited us. The fantastic staff were always happy to help, and the reception staff were really on the ball with nothing too big or too small a problem for them to deal with straight away (renting an iron, directions for the bus, a new key for the room, wake up calls, etc)
The entertainment staff really are second to none, if you are a family with kids then this hotel is a Godsend (children under 4 aren't allowed to be left to take part in activities however)
The hotel and rooms are all kept very clean. We were half board only so breakfast was included, and the food was very good for that time of day - eveything you could want no matter where you originate from (German breakfast choices are a thing of wonderment)
I would most definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best to anyone staying in Alcudia or Playa De Muro, located in a perfect spot right on the beach and close enough to a few shops and restaurants for midday snacks and evening meals if not choosing to go full board.

Lovely hotel with great staff in a picturesque location on the cliffs. A few minor issues and one major one. The minor ones first, the bed was very hard and not very comfortable and the pool was very cold. The major one was that the food in the restaurant was ALWAYS cold, they provide a microwave to heat up your own food but I feel that it should be hot start with. This said, the food was of excellent quality and tasted delicious, shame it was barely warm. The only other point I would make is Porto Colom is very quiet, and only really suitable if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday as there is no hotel entertainment and no nightlife to speak of.
The hotel has a tired decor, threadbare carpets on stairs and tired sofa coverings. old fashioned room decoration. The all inclusive food was poor with frequent boney meat, when paella was served boney meat was off putting. The air conditioning did not work when fix attempted ladders and open grill left in room a few days and no noticeable improvement. Deposits 10 euro each needed for hair dryers and tv remote controls. The staff very friendly and helpful but the entertainment team had to work miracles with little resources. In mini club few board games above reception age, giant connect was missing all the counters. Even snakes and ladders was home made. Having entertainment three nights in week as bingo was poor. Vey friendly entertainment staff and great kids dancing all hotel staff were very attentive round pool and pool area was comfortable and always clean.

Two things that let this hotel down for us. The air conditioning was never on in the hotel. Two of our days were 40+ degrees and it was uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant, sit near the bar, watch the evening entertainment. There were plenty of units there but to save money they didn't have them on. The only place that was cool was the room, the air con was brilliant in there. The other was the availability of sunbeds near the pool. With children we couldn't go up to the sun terrace and leave the kids unattended so we had to sit in chairs by the pool.
