Front desk lady was so rude twice. Parking is NOT included like their details say. And they should make it more clear there is no elevator.

Very nice, crisply refurbished boutique hotel, very modern design and comfortable beds, a little roof garden overlooking Alcúdia. Very quiet in the pedestrian zone and adjacent to the historic city wall of Alcudia.

A lovely property at the edge of the old town with nicely designed and fitted-out rooms. The staff were great and managed to get me a second night at a good price - this can often be difficult. Overall experience excellent and would recommend.

Stylish, clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Short walk to the hotel from free parking lot just outside city walls. Sign on the door had me check in at restaurant across the street, which was no bother as it was two steps away and staff was responsive and very friendly. The upstairs room was spotless and stylish and my bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, as were the pinxos I had at the restaurant the evening before-recommended! Checkout was easy, and they held my bag while I explored the cute city.

Breakfast could start earlier. 8:30 am is late if you need to leave early though they will pack a to-go breakfast the night before. WiFi did not work in our first room. Standing water in the courtyard and in fountains around town helps keep the mosquito population very high.

It was very relaxing and quiet. Ideal location very convenient for restaurants and parking our only disappointment was the wet room which was quite dangerous ie floor slippery and nothing to hold on to. Overall the hotel was excellent band we would definitely go again .

Overall ok
Arrived late afternoon, reception was open (it is not 24 hours). We were told that we were in their ther hotel round the corner, which was the C'an Vent hotel. Slightly disappointed but as we were only staying one night not a major issue. Lady on reception took us round to the hotel. Key pad entry system to hotel, which unfortunately we were given the wrong number, however we managed to find the receptionist to get the right one. Hotel is boutique/modern style. Room was large, clean and all in white, so no real character, nice big comfortable bed. The bathroom/toilet was only separated from the main room by a glass panel with some strategically placed frosted panels. Slightly strange. The air conditioning was not very good, had it on powerful setting but not much cool air coming out, also we were unable to get wi-fi while we were there. Breakfast is served in the cafe round the corner which was really nice. There is no parking at the hotel, but free car parking just over the road, which wasn't a problem. Overall stay was ok for one night.

The jewel in Alcudia’s crown.
We love this place! Beautiful little hotel within Alcudias old town. Only issue is you need to park in public parking area just outside the walled town but it is only a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Lovely little restaurant directly opposite the hotel that is owned by the hotel. Great food and nice staff. We will most definitely return here.

The hotel suite(Apartment #2) was absolutely gorgeous. Located right in the middle of things, we could always feel the excitement of the town. All the things we love to do on holiday were right there at our doorstep. The hotel staff were genuine and very helpful. Checking-in and out were a breeze and the hotel staff had great advice about local day trips, events, cafe's and sightseeing. We strongly suggest this hotel and want to say thank you again to the staff for everything they did to make us welcome and comfortable. I have to give them the top rating in all categories.

Very modest accommodation across the street from the main hotel with a very steep stairway being the only access. No evidence of fire safety. Noisy in the night due to thin walls in the building and its location above a restaurant. The exceptional reviews we read were misleading.

The service from the young woman workin in the restaurant and the hotel reception was outstanding. She was so lovely, so competent. The room was great. The bath and bed were really good too. The food is great in the restaurant.

Friendly Staff on arrival, a little inconvenient that you have to go outside and come back in through the front door to go to the restaurant and bar. Good food and service. Good value for money. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable and for late November some extra bedding would have been good. Value for money, clean and friendly with good food.

Great location but very basic
Superb location just inside the walls of Alcudia Old Town and free parking available nearby. However we were a little disappointed with the actual hotel. The room was very basic and did not have any tea or coffee making equipment and the room was not as clean as we would have liked and we found several long hairs around the room and dusty surfaces. A nice continental breakfast was served in the patio of the restaurant located a few yards from the hotel entrance.

We stayed in the best room (102) with our tour, then decided to stay on and moved to a smaller room, however we had a great view of a procession down the street a tradition in the walled city and woke up to a large market in the square, great location!

Hotel is gorgeous. We stayed a week and had a fab time. Hotel is modern in a historical town. Keeping a lot of the original features. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel has some out door spaces - unusual in the town and they were well maintained. The downfall was the attitude of some staff. Most I have to say were lovely and very helpful but the guy who checked us snapped at us -he really didn't want to be there and the woman on reception was unhelpful when trying to arrange a pick-up, something they day they will arrange on the web. This was put right by one of the other girls. I would however reckoned this hotel if your fit as there are several floors and no lift so my heavy bag wasn't appreciated by Gaza!@!

Quiet Boutique hotel Old town
Antonio was superb. Every meal was home made, fresh ingredients, it was good to see the pride coming from the kitchen. We stayed half board, even breakfast was a large selection of pastries, fruit, eggs. The town is delightful in November, plenty to explore and see. You get a real sense of history from the town. Not far away the countryside walk around the Bird trails shows you plenty of summer birds and peoples holiday homes and allotments. The beach is picturesque, breezy and bright on the November day we visited. Again a short walk from the hotel. The community is busy in November, was great to see most of the larger hotels closed down for winter. We felt appreciated in the off season.

Great location in the old town
This is a fantastic hotel, a 2 minute walk from the main car park just outside the old walls. We had a large balcony overlooking the town, which was lovely. Meals were taken at the restaurant opposite, which had a great breakfast choice, with good quality food.

Here is your key. This is your room goodbye ? It's all tired . Chrome pitting in bathrooom. silicon sealer on top of older stuff . booked king size it was 2 singles pushed together ,1 smelt of sick ? Told manageress she got cleaners to clean floor ? Still smelt had to sleep on towels . Very good pictures on web site. I was impressed. No by actual accommodation .glad it was only 4 days stay

Charming place in the center of the old town
A spacious stylish room which matches the atmosphere of the local area! Room is studio type, so be aware of a bit of lack of privacy. The breakfast is nice served in the place next door. We had problems with internet connection in our room. Overall is definitely worth of a night spending there.

Friendly staff in both hotel and the restaurant. Restaurant: The food for both breakfast and dinner were very good in the restaurant. Sangria was amazing! Hotel: The hotel was very clean even the stairs. But we only got one small bottle of shower gel between two for 3 nights stay, only one hook in the bathroom for hanging up the towels and there is no shelf/holders for shower gels and shampoo in the shower. So we had to put the small bottles on the floor. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in the middle of the castle/village so it was near all restaurants, downtown, etc. And it's very cute and modern inside. Breakfast was good. Parking can be a pain especially at night and you may need to park far from the hotel. It is a little far from the nice beaches - you need to drive about 7-10km.

A lovely old town location, boutique hotel
My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights in late July and the hotel was wonderful. It was exactly what we wanted - a well located position in the beautiful, medieval old town of Alcudia. We were very impressed with the general modern internal design, clean, white interior throughout and how this balanced with the much older exterior within the walled town. Access to parking was very good (free) as there was a car park for around 40 cars within 50 metres. We always found a space each day after visiting the beach. The hotel is situated approx. 1 mile from the beach and bus/taxi facilities are behind the car park. Taxis are 6 euros to the port/beach and the bus is 1.50 euro each. We had a ground floor junior suite - which was cleaned daily and had lovely facilities including a wet room shower and free standing bath. The hotel was very quiet and we had complete privacy. Breakfast was served in the private restaurant terrace opposite the hotel (which is owned by the hotel) and was a pleasant continental style

Great location within the walls of Alcudia.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is situated within the walls of Alcudia and is only a minute walk from the free parking. The hotel building is original but the inside has been modernised. Very clean and modern feel.

Booked junior suite and requested highest floor possible and 2 bedsheets / duvet covers 4 months ahead. No feedback. At arrival, reception by restaurant staff and promise to be able to change room in the morning. Separate bedsheets arranged in the morning. In the morning, had to learn that room on ground floor is the only option, adjacent to public seating and toilet to which everyone loves to leave the door open so that you can enjoy the cleaning agent smell. Internet in the room not existent eventually, supposedly serviced by electrical wiring router in the hall way. Never worked consistently. Had to sit in the plaza to do personal and business emails. Unbelievable and unacceptable standard for a recently refurbished place and the rate charged. Lost wifi completely for one day after t-storm during night since staff did not know the reset process. On the positive side, good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff in the restaurant opposite the hotel, belonging to the same group of companies. By the way, perfect wifi there. Nice design, but inferior finishing. Windows fitted with gap, so that cold air and water will enter the room in winter season. Great location, quick access to public parking and plaza.

Good, clean hotel. Good air conditioning. Peaceful and quiet. Free wifi is weak. Just inside the wall to the town. Staff were helpful. Short distance from taxi rank and bus stop. Loads of good restaurants in the old town. Freshly cooked eggs for breakfast and plenty of fruit and cereal, cheese and meat.

We stayed several days in this hotel. It is modern and clean. We had a spacious patio that could have been a little tidier, but otherwise had no complaints. The bathroom is large. It was separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass, which allows privacy but still allows light from the bathroom into the bedroom, a bit of an issue if one person uses the bathroom at night. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

the hotel is within the old town of Alcudis. It was recently refurbished and i found it to be clean & comfortable. for Checkin/out, & breakfast you had to go accross the narrow street to a restaurant but once you knew about the setup, it was not an issue. Parking was available, & free, in the town carpark which was approximately 500M from teh hotel.

In the heart of Alcudia
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's in the heart of the old city. We parked about 500m away and walked to the hotel. The restaraunt across the street is also ran by the hotel and was wonderful. The room itself was overly modernized. There were a lot of little things that could be done to improve the quality of the room. The finishing touches looked rushed and cheaply done. Overly modern. The wooden beams in the ceiling (top floor room) would have looked much better stained rather than painted white. The knots in the wooden beams left dark spots which just made the paint look dirty. The bed was average on comfort (fairly hard). The hotel had an ultra modern and stark feeling to it. Noise was no issue.
