“Disinterested Staff”

The hotel itself is decent, with clean rooms and an elegant look. However, the biggest issue is the attitude of the staff...they simply act like they do not want to work. They look askance at any request, and you almost have to pry them from up to answer any question, or do anything. This issue came up over and over...there's enough of an issue in Mallorca (and Spain) where people simply do not work for a significant percentage of the day. But, even when they do, it's as if they feel like they're doing you a favor for simply executing their job. AC Hotels needs to improve this.

“Excellent hotel in very good location”

Great service and room. Free mini bar is a plus and the location is very convenient for all major attractions in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the AC Ciutat de Palma.

“Nice hotel, shame about the bed!”

Nice, clean, modern hotel about 15/20 minutes leisurely walk from the centre/attractions. The only real thing that lets it down was the poor quality bed which was more like a cot.

“Excellent hotel for return visit”

Very clean and modern hotel, taxi rank outside front door bus stop close by,will stay here again when in Palma no need loking for anything better than this.

“Great Hotel”

Weekend break in great horel. Lovely rooms, modern, spotlessly clean, gorgeous bathroom. Free minibar - beer, soft drinks and water. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good spot, near promenade and nice stroll into town. Our only problem was quite noisy traffic at night.

“Hält was es verspricht!”

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Innenstadthotel. Wer auf einen Balkon und einen schönen Frühstücksraum verzichten kann ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

“Sehr gutes Stadthotel”

Super Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Palma. Für Badeurlaub oder Familien eher nicht geeignet. Das Frühstücksangebot für 13 € pro Person fand ich schon etwas sehr teuer, aber man kann in der Nähe problemlos in Cafes frühstücken.
