“Worth Going”

I had a great stay. The staff were helpful and attentive, the room was comfortable, the island was beautiful and the beach was perfect. The dive centre staff were especially good, and the diving was spectactular. Note that this is NOT what you might consider a "party resort". I found it quiet and restful, with mostly couples and families.

“Not impressed by management...no quality control”

- Pickup from airport delayed 2 hrs - Room not ready on arrival (3pm), and bags not delivered to temporary room for freshing up. - Upgraded to a water room but after first night moved to another room, from sunset view (requested) to sunrise. - Pool staff did not perform 5star service...brought menus and ignored you after that. - room charges were incorrect on checkout day and took some time to remove (they belonged to previous guests) - aquatic center was the only good experience and the restaurant in the Veli island.

“A must do holiday”

if you fancy some time off from lifes hectic pace then look no further than the Maldives.One whole week was spent reading, snorkelling and fine dining!The accomodation is five star and well maintained.The islanders are very helpful and there are plenty of things to do if you can't cope with the idea of total relaxation. Prices reflect the geographical location and exclusivity of the island. Check in and check out was trouble free and most of the staff speak english.

You do not need to take large amounts of cash or travellers cheques (sterling or dollars). The resort,restaurants and bars are able to charge to your room with settlement on departure using credit cards. If you are taking cash take dollars

Stay 4 nights with my family there. Nothing to complain. Good room, beach, service, spa... Unforgettable experience to see sunset and sunrise on the beach.

“Resort pour amoureux !!!!”

Resort très bien fait, très agréable à vivre, qualité des beach-bungalow exemplaire surtout la salle de bain extérieur, resort très propre, personnel très gentil, un spa sur pilotis exceptionnel et un environnement, une plage paradisiaque. Le surf peut être fantastique (trop peu en parle) Les seuls petits points négatifs sont les restaurants à la carte chers pour une qualité moyenne mais correct (petit déjeuner inclus et bon), toutes activités/excursions payantes et chères mais on le sait dès la réservation donc prévoir un budget sur place et en dernier point le snorkeling peut être un peu décevant sur place seulement quelques récifs coralliens mais on peut voir tout de même au bord de l'eau des petits requins, des raies et multitudes de poissons donc de beaux souvenirs ! Resort à recommander fortement ! ++++++++ Nous avons fait un petit tour au paradis !

“Un Paradis sur terre”

Le moins qu'on puisse dire sur Anantara Dhigu c'est qu'il s'agit tout simplement d'un Paradis sur terre. Un cadre féérique, une qualité de service exceptionnelle, un personnel chaleureux et accueillant et une gastronomie succulente. Passer 3 jours à Anantara vous permettra de recharge les batteries pour la vie quotidienne d’au moins 3 ans. S’il y a un défaut dans ce Resort c’est le prix du Transfert de l’aéroport vers l’hôtel qui reste à mon humble avis très cher par rapport à la prestation.

“Eine traumhafte Insel, toller Service, nettes Personal”

Das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Standard, die MA sind hoch motiviert den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Es fehlt nichts, durch die Nachbarinsel hat man eine Vielzahl von Restaurants zur Verfügung. Das Wassersportangebot ist riesig, innerhalb der Lagune gibt es tolle Geweihkorallen, mit vielen bunten Fischen. Der Infinitypool ist eine schöne Ergänzung, die man man fast nicht in Anspruch nehmen wird, da der Strand und das Meer so schön sind!

Traveller's tip

Die Insel ist ca. 700 m lang und 100 m breit, und es gibt keine wirkliche Vorzugsseite, da beid sehr schön sind. Hervorragendes Angebot zu sportlichen Aktivitäten. Das Inseleigene Fitnessstudio ist hervorragend und ebenso wie Kajaks und Schnorchelausrüstung for free (umsonst) - ebenso wie Wasser in der Villa - bis zum Abwinken! Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Man kommt in einer Woche fast nicht rum, da man mit dem Bestaunen der Unterwasserwelt so beschäftigt ist.
