“Well situated hotel”
Hotel set on the beach at La Cala. Very clean and tidy but is not really 4 star standard as would be expected in the UK. It has its own outside parking but is charged per night. There is street parking nearby. There is a large self service restaurant where there is multiple choices of dishes but food quality is typical of a package tour holiday hotel rather than a four star hotel. There are, however, many good restaurants within walking distance in La Cala.
“Excellent Hotel & Location”
It was slightly out of season for the UK holidayer and the hotel was mainly occupied by Spanish who had travelled to the coast for their holidays. The Hotel and it's staff were both excellent. I stayed All Inclusive and the food selection and variation available each day and the quality was fantastic. Other towns nearby which can either be walked or a cab can be obtained from reception are Benaldema, Torrelmolinos & Fuenguerola all offering varying degrees of nightlife. The town of Butibamba itself did not have any clubs as far I could see but there were plenty of bars that were open into the small hours and there was also a cabaret bar. A warm welcome is assured at the town's Irish Bar Ooly Mulligans! An excellent holiday and the hotel is recommended.
“this place blows”
the sheets were as thin as rice paper, and towels were even thinner. if you want to rough it this is your place. and if you want to experiance the 4th world m this is your place, gran hotel has new meaning given this hotels supposed ammenities,,

Liked the hotel and the food was lovely. My only complaint was the unwelcoming barrier that greets you as you arrive to check in.
“A great 40th birthday treat”
The hotel it self was very nice, the receptionist was very plesent and explained what was what in the hotel, we arrived at hotel at 12.30pm and as our room wasnt ready till 2.00pm we had a bit of a wait but we were given our all inclusive card so we could go for a drink and wait till 1.00pm till dinner. Food selection was good for breakfast, dinner and tea time and there were snacks inbetween the 3 meal times. The room was big enough and very clean as was the rest of the hotel, pool was good but if you like a deep pool this isnt for you as its only bout waist height, beach was very nice which is right next to the pool area, in all a very plesent stay.
“Good value for the price”
Extremely good value for money, we stayed in December over Christmas. The hotel was quite easy to find. We found the parking charge of 10 Euros per day quite excessive so parked quite easily nearby for no charge. The rooms were large and clean and the food was nice with enough choice. I would probably say that the hotel is 3-4* - a 'tired' 4* hotel!

“se corresponde con un tres estrellas”
la piscina pequeñisima, no cubre y esta siempre abarrotada de niños... la zona de la piscina con pocas sombras. el chiringuito de la piscina pequeño y a pleno sol. no hay servicio en las mesas y cierra a las 23.30h. sin música. El hotel no se corresponde con un 4 estrellas ni por instalaciones ni por servicio. Es un hotel aburridisimo en cuanto a espectaculos. algunas habitaciones dan a una charca con agua estancada que produce malos olores y mosquitos.
