“Okay to chill”

The hotel was selected largely because it was relatively close to the airport and had a pool - we didn't want to spend time getting to an from the airport/hotel and had no intention of wandering around Malaga. As a place to just chill out for a few days (probably a week would be the maximum time anyone would want to stay), lazing in the sun and listening to the waves, the hotel is acceptable. The food (half-board is worth having as there is very little nearby unless you get a taxi - 9 euros - to the Placa Mayar complex) was generally okay but not exactly exciting. Vegetarians will struggle (but then this is Spain) - the labelling of some items on the buffet was not always clear about what contained meat. One problem that did not seem possible to resolve was that there was a constant noise (low frequency hum) throughout most of the hotel areas. In busy areas it was hidden by other noises but in quiet areas it could be quite noticeable - may even make it difficult to sleep.

“Nice for one night”

Great beach, nice restaurant on the beach beside the hotel, a nice path for a short walk. Hard to drive to or from the Airport - you need a GPS. Room is fine with nice view (balcony) and has the essential. One small little detail, the breakfast was included but the restaurant opens only at 7h30 - when you have a flight before 10AM, you won't be able to eat.

“Would stay again”

Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Location right on the beach is great too bad the weather hadn't co-operated. Not much else in the area but bus stops across parking lot so is convenient to go into town. Quiet area for those wanting that. Restaurant is nice and not overly expensive. We had the buffet breakfast and had no complaints with that. Would reccomend this to others

“on the beach in malaga”

This hotel, which was a holiday inn 40 years ago appears to cater to multi generational spanish families on holiday and the one nighters catching a flight from Malaga. The food is mediocre at best and ghastly at worse; the room service is non existant; the cleaning service is slow and sometimes not at all; the parking fees are stiff; the elevators and hallways are not airconditioned. It is an old hotel best past its due date. Close to the airport. No regular local bus service to the hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly,helpful.The room was large,very clean,all the amenities.Beach outside hotel is lovely,very convenient.Bus to downdown very close to hote.My only beef was the buffett dinner,the food is terrible.

“A comfortable hotel with great views”

A comfortable Hotel with great views. The only downside was the necessity to get a taxi to the Hotel. Otherwise a bus to Malaga and then the Airport bus which too an hour plus.

“Excellent Views”

The hotel is located on the beachfront with excellent views of the ocean and coastline. The staff were friendly and most helpful.This is a very quiet spot of Malaga albiet very close to the airport. Plenty of cafebars and local restaurants which are walking distance from hotel. The facilities such as Sauna, Gymnasium, indoor outdoor pools were excellent. Definitely would return.

“Great beachside hotel”

Unfortunately, we were at the hotel only a brief time, so we didn't take advantage of the beach. The hotel is rather far from town but close to the airport, so it's better for those who want to have a seaside vacation or easy access to the airport. We were promised a taxi would be waiting at 5:30 a.m. but it didn't arrive until 6:00, which made our flight to Ibiza very hectic. The staff could have been more helpful.

“Kjempeflott hotel”

Flott hotel hvis man ønsker ferie, trening, sol, badeliv. Stille og rolig strøk uten en lyd fra forstyrrende trafikkstøy. Eneste negative var lyden fra alle flyene som tok av. Hotellet er veldig nær flyplassen, men vi valgte ikke å fokusere på det. Det er så mange andre positive sider.
