“sightseeing trip to Malaga”

Hotel was good, no tea/coffee facilities in room as stated, just a vending machine in lobby. A little out of the way for old town and most def for beach!! Far to many main roads to cross, but old town well worth a visit, good to see during day and totally buzzing at night, full of good quality tappas bars in every square, prices not hiked up as i expected. Will def be back

“Don't believe the website”

The hotel claims to have a bar and advertises a picture of stocked bar area, however, the bar is permanently closed with no stock. There is no restaurant service, only breakfast, and "room service" is actually a delivery pizza company located opposite the hotel that looks like it should be closed for Health and Safety. In 4 days I saw no customers at this pizza shop and I am not surprised, it looked filthy. The reception staff told us that to have a drink or eat we had to go to the shopping centre, which meant a long and confusing walk through a deserted car park in the evening. If I was travelling on my own (as I do for business) I would have felt unsafe as women should not be advised to walk through empty car parks and half lit corridors on their own, but that was the hotel's best offer as it completely lacks the facilities I expect in a 4 star hotel, such as food and drinks. The alternative was a vending machine offering some unappetising snacks. Even the minibar was broken. The staff on site were nice but the manager refused to come to the hotel to speak to us when we asked to discuss the poor facilities, in fact he relayed messages through his secretary over the telephone and wouldn't even extend us the courtesy of speaking to us. Due to the extensive metro building programme the hotel is poorly located for access to the old town and beach, the roadworks mean detours are necessary. All in all I would not recommend this hotel as it is not 4 star in standard.

“Only premiun rooms are good”

We had reserved a "standard " room but we were unaware that the bed was terrible, the air conditioner didn't work, you couldn't borrow an iron (only in premium rooms). We had to pay extra and change the room. Excellent location. Good breakfast.

“Great place for a short stay”

A great hotel, not far from the centre of Malaga. Ideal for a short stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, außerdem gut gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es nur zehn Minuten bis zur Altstadt, 20 Minuten bis zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u. Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Gefehlt haben uns die sonst in den Hotels ausliegenden Flyer mit Infos zum Hotel selbst sowie zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt- und Busfahrpläne usw. An der Rezeption war man jedoch jederzeit bereit, erbetene Informationen zu beschaffen.

“Gutes Hotel”

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) Die Zimmergröße war angenehm und im großen und ganzen auch Sauber. In meinem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage ein wenig defekt und man hatte bei laufender Lüftung ein ständiges Geräusch. Leider fehlen am Hotel selbst günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Hierzu bietet das Hotel eine kooperation mit einem Parkhaus an, das ca. 5 Min. vom Hotel entfernt ist. Für das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist das Hotel OK.

“Eccellente e comodo”

A mio parere un hotel da cinque stelle. Elegante e confortevole. Gode di un'ottima localizzazione: a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal cuore della città di Malaga, benché in una zona tranquilla e situata vicino alle uscite delle principali reti viarie. Il personale è disponibile e gentile e parla anche la lingua italiana. Unico neo: non dispone di un parcheggio proprio e quello attiguo l'entrata è privato e a pagamento (circa 22 euro al giorno). Tuttavia è possibile lasciare l'auto nella strada antistante, nelle piazzole delimitate dalle strisce blu a pagamento (gratuite il sabato pomeriggio e la domenica, fino alle ore 9 del lunedì).

Nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich. Zimmer ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Alles etwas trostlos.
