“Perfect location!”

We chose this hotel because of its location in the old part of the city within walking distance of the cathedral, ruins, and Picasso Museum. Our room was very quiet and comfortable - only down side was ugly view of a roof-top and heating pipes from our room. The roof-top bar view is fantastic! Staff extremely helpful & friendly.

“Will certainly go again.”

the location and quality of the suite which we had was excellent... and certainly we would return to Larios for its location particularly. the room service is very limited and the breakfast not particularly exciting, but the location of the hotel - surrounded by bars, cares, bistros, and eating houses of all kinds means that it did not matter particularly.....

Area recommendations
The centre of the city is so well situated for the sites within walking distance.... It is good to be there at Fiesta time....carnival and local participation.....

“great hotel in the heart of the historic city center”

This is a beautiful building on the pedestrian mall, with easy walking to the sites all around the historic district. The staff were friendly, the room was terrific, but the location was the best part. There's great dining, bars, shops, and cafes just steps away. Well worth the price and I would recommend friends and family stay there without hesitation. Keep in mind that if you stay in a room that faces the promenade, you might hear some of that lively local pedestrian noise at all hours.

“Good Hotel, Great Location!!!”

This is a nice hotel in a great location (it's a closed pedestrian street) you don't have to walk more than 30 seconds before finding a good restaurant, the street is also lined with plenty of stores for shopping. All of the major sites are within walking distance.

“Central Malaga”

The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of nearly everything. Situated in a pedestrian zone there is no traffic noise and when windows are shut it is quiet enough to sleep However the poor aircon let it down I would not want to go there in the hot summer Breakfast was all cold food except hot drinks and there was plenty

Area recommendations
Cathedral was definitely the high spot for us with the Alcazabar and Castle a close second Just wander round and soak up the atmosphere.. get away from the main tourist area and prices drop and there is a local feel
Getting around
Local buses frequent and prompt vey good value for money for getting around town and out to local villages

“One not to miss”

Fantastic Hotel, at the centre of everything Malaga has to offer Room had a balcony over looking the main town square so you were able to sit with the doors open and a glass of wine in the evenings to watch the world go by. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning

“Fantastic”

Fantastic hotel, staff and located in the heart of the city. My only advice would be to make sure that you have a good map on where the hotel is located at since you can not drive directly to the hotel as it is located in a pedestrian only section.

“spring break in malaga”

selected this hotel as situated right in the heart of malaga perfect for walking to all those shops bars and resturants felt very safe the staff very helpful some were better at english than others the room overlooked the main street which was nice the only crtitism was air conditioning could be better i think it might be very hot in the height of summer. deffinately would recomend to friends wanting to stay in malaga

go on malaga bike tours to get the most of your visit kay the guide is very helpful and the bike ride is very safe and suitable for all abilities

“Ideal central location”

This hotel is ideally located on the main pedestrian street in the centre of Malaga, convenient for buses to station/airport & close to Picasso museum, Alcazaba and cathedral. The only slight negative about this hotel would be lack of "character" but in all other respects it is excellent. Rooms were of decent size, comfortable & very clean. Breakfast was of good quality in a pleasant room. Staff were helpful and efficient.
