“PH Oxford”
In excellent position next to Cathedral. Staff friendly, would definitely go back. Worth upgrading to superior room.

“Perfect Location, Perfect Hotel”
The hotel is conveniently situated opposite Paseo del Parque and right in the heart of the historic part of the city. We opted for a superior rooms which was spacious, had an enormous bed, big bathroom and was cleaned to a high standard every day. La Malagueta beach is a 10 minute walk. Take the bus trip which stops at Paseo del Parque to see all the points of interest of which there are many. Shopping is great. On an evening we drifted from bar to bar drinking small beers and eating tapas.....perfect!
“Smart, central and attentive”
The Molina Lario is located in the heart of Málaga and is smart, clean, unfussily decorated and has a wonderful roof terrace with outstanding views and a small but lovely pool. The staff were extremely efficient, polite and attentive, especially Elisa on reception, and the room was a good size and very comfortable with quiet but effective air conditioning.
“Excellent hotel”
Spent two days there....Hotel is nice, room was very nice, clean, spacious, and they offered welcome chocolate and a free bottle of water. Bathroom speckless and fully equipped. Location is wonderful, literally five minutes from the old town where most of the attractions are and about a 20 minute walk from te beach and fortress. Highly recommended..
“Great Hotel, Great Location”
My husband and myself spent 5 nights here. We upgraded to a superior room and we were not dissappointed queen size bed and Tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar and complementry water on arrival, plus robes/slippers/hairdryer and toiletries. We only had a small balcony that overlooked a side street, but as the rooms are soundproofed we did not suffer from any street noise. Situated opposite the Cathedral the hotel is within walking distance of everything and the bus stops and bus station are only minutes away with links to all of the coastal towns. We did not eat at the hotel but there are restaurants a plenty within minutes of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily, with the added touch of a small chocolate left on the pillow each day. Would definately go back there and would recommend to anyone.
“Loved it !!!”
Everything was fantastic and ideal location. Room was just as you see on the pictures. We had room 319 wiith a small balcony which was lovely for a cup of tea in the morning and looking at all the people in the restaurants down below in the street during the day and night.Couldn't find fault with anything!!! To and fom airport is easy via the "A" bus and extremely cheap. Door to door virtually and very cheap - no need for a taxi.Short walk away from the bus station to go to Torremolinos and Benalmendena - very cheap too.If we go to Malaga again would love to return to this hotel!! Malaga city centre is lovely.
“Excellent hotel and location”
Hotel couldn't be faulted, but it was its location in the centre of the old town with all the places of interest within a short walk which really made it. Excellent. Taxi to and from the airport with tip 19 euro. Rooftop pool was small, but peaceful - no music, and a real treat. In the evening the pool bar busy, but only open at the weekend.
“Malaga not what you think”
The Molia Lario is a perfect hotel. An amazing combination of the historic and modern. We have stayed here many times before and it has never dissapointed. Worth the money to upgrade your room. We speak some Spanish but often finf that on arrival and during out stay hotel staff instantly revert to English. The staff at the Molina Lario comfortable move from English to Spanish according to how well we have understood but always allowed us to try Spansh first. The rooms are a great size and well cared for. Our nly negative would be the beds are a little hard. On this visit we ate for the first time in the hotel rstaurant. We have alway tended to eat in the tapas bars and restaurants n the town, butdecided as it as my partners birthday to splash out and eat in the hotel. Firstly we found it was not much nore expensive than any where wlse we had eaten. We usually pay between 35-50 euros for dinner the bill in the hotel was 57 and inclouded out post dinner coofee and liqueur we wuld normally go else where to enjoy. As we st we very given an aperatif and the service level was amazing, Our waitress allwed us to speak Spanish and helped where we were not sure. The hose wine was excellent and the food incredible. all the ittle extras made it a meal to remember. You have to try it!!! On every vist to the hotel we have received the same high level of service and accommodation and we have been using the hotel for3 years now. it is a real gem!!!!!!
