This was a very nice property located in a very convenient location of Marbella. It was quiet, comfortable and the staff were very helpful in all aspects of the stay.

My stay with my boyfriend was absolutely wonderful! The room and hotel was a small four room hotel but so well maintained, and romantic. So close to all shops and restaurants. Such a helpful and friendly staff, Ben, Juan and the rest of the team were awesome! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This charming property was tricky to find but once you find it it’s great. We were greeted by the owner Bolivar and his friend Osvaldo who were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the “casco antiguo” providing the City’s charm and personality. You can walk to the beach and find restaurants all around.

Gorgeous building in heart Old Marbella
Absolutely astonishingly beautiful building in perfect spot in old Marbella fabulous restaurants bars shops historic buildings and flower strewn little alleyways all around 5 to 10 minutes strooll to the beach fabulous staff huge room and terrace lovely bathroom jacuzzi on terrace fabulous value also next time i go i will stay for a few weeks wonderful

We stayed in Penang. The bed was super hard. The room was small which would have been ok if the furniture hadn’t been so bulky and oversized. Also, there were minimal drawers to store anything. Our receipt said two bedroom but the second “bedroom” was a tiny loft with a dinky couch.

Great hotel with great location
Everything was great- the service, location, cleanliness. The only thing that could be better is that some of those little shower flies seemed to be coming from the vent in the bathroom. Still, the room was clean overall.

Unique experience
Outstanding location in an historic mediterranean styled village setting. Accommodations were spacious in a two level apartment. Less than optimal bedding and furnishings but comfortable and the walking distance to restaurants and activities more than compensated for any deficiencies. Staff was great and very helpful.

This charming hotel is in the heart of old town. The staff is amazing and they are the reason I give the hotel five stars. Yes, the room was clean and comfortable but their kindness and professionalism is what set them apart from other hotels. I personally interacted with Benjamin, Juan, and Isabella. They are simply the best!

First Class in old Town
Excellent location, first class service, well equipped rooms. Extremely well decorated & mantained rooms. All rooms different due to being in converted houses but our room & others seen all appeared of the highest standard Why only single star is beyond my comprehension but probably due to facilities - no dining - no spa etc

Extra Helpful Staff
My wife broke her ankle in Morocco as we were heading to the airport for Marbella. On the way to the Hotel we stopped at the hospital to have it x-rayed and casted. When we go to the La Villa Marbella at around 9:00pm it was apparent that my wife wouldn't be able to walk let alone make it up the stairs to our room, which looked very nice. They had a small ground floor room that they gave us. Not the larger suite we had reserved but not their fault. I am not going to review the room, as it wsa a smaller less expensive room then they had ready for us, accept to say it was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and is quiet even with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The best thing about our stay was the staff. When we got there Heather couldn't walk or use crutches. We didn't have a wheelchair so the manager helped me carry her from the car into the room and got us all situated in the room. He then, knowing how long of a day I had, drove with me to guide me out of the old town to find free parking. In all took him and I about 1-1/2 hours. After all that he called the owner at 10:30ish to let him know our situation. the owner had a new wheelchair delivered to our room the next morning. They made sure we had everything we needed for our complicated stay including us find the medical and pharmacy services we needed. They were great. Thanks,

Great Place
Location was amazing. These are separate residences turned into hotel rooms. Our room had a squeaky ceiling as people upstairs walked. Parking was a problem too. But staff were super nice and location was great, which made it easy. If you are after a quiet place to rest this is not for you but if you don't mind the noise and want to be in the middle of the action, this is the one.

Location is just fantastic Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Staff (both Juan and Benjamin) are super friendly, polite and very helpful. I checked out at 11 but I wasn’t leaving Marbella until 5 so I wanted to go to the beach. They told me I not only can leave my bag there, but also can have a shower when I come back. That’s what I call customer service ! Thank you La Villa Marbella.. I WILL see you next summer and will recommend you to everyone in Canada :)

Perfect location
The La Villa Marbella is located perfectly in the old town as so close to many gorgeous restaurants and picture postcard little streets which are so clean. Only takes 10mins to walk to the beach. But the La Villa Marbella is a very welcoming boutique hotel and all staff couldn’t have been any more friendly. We definitely recommend it and would always return to the La Villa Marbella everytime we holiday there.

Great stay at La Villa Marbella
The hotel is a boutique type property that offers personal attention to the guests. The hotel registration desk, the rooms and the breakfast location are in different buildings all within a very short distance. The logistics of it all works very well. Really, no problem, it is like taking an elevator and walking to another area in a larger hotel for breakfast. The location of the property was perfect for our 8 night stay as it is situated on a very quiet street of the Old Town. However,all the restaurants and shops are within a three minute walk from the property. The beach boardwalk area of Marbella, Paseo Maritimo, is about a ten minute walk away from the hotel. It is a very pleasant walk and easy distance to cover. For the more adventurous travelers, of note is that the Regional bus station is about a twenty minute walk away from the property. This is information to folks that may want to take the Bus from Malaga airport into Marbella. Also, from that station, you are able to travel by bus to Gibraltar. There also is a municipal public market that sells, takeaway food and produce for those that want to picnic at the beach. The market is about a 7 minute walk from the property. My wife and i had a great time in Marbella, and our stay at La Villa Marbella was much enjoyed.
