I'm sorry to learn of your disappointment of not being able to dine at La Terraza as it may have been closed due to standard opening hours (La Terraza is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7-10:30 pm). Other available dining options are La Bodega Tapas & Grill, open Thursday through Monday or The Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, open daily. At our hotel, our Panoramic Bar, open daily, offers a menu for lunch or dinner. Our reception team is always available to assist our guests or to enhance their stay. (I'm not sure whether you mentioned your bed discomfort to our team as they could have addressed while you were here). Unfortunately our outdoor hotel pool is not heated and is open seasonally during the summer when the weather is warm. However, at our Spa, we offer a climate-controlled pool which you may prefer this time of year when booking access to our spa hydrotherapy circuit.
