Pros: location to beaches and marina
Cons: everything starting with making wifi free and updating hotel also they are an all inclusive was surprised as would never consider this hotel for such.
Location: good next to marina and beach
ok hotel but north american standards a two star, charged for wifi, no towels for poolside, poolside was nice with lounging areas, staff were ok, location was good next to beaches and marina and road and bus services direct to malaga

Hotel Palmasol

Posted 07-Oct-2010 on Hotels.com
This is my 4th visit to the hotel and once again it was an enjoyable stay. There were problems at meal times when a coach party arrived and had to be fed in the dining room. The noise and impatience of them spoiled some of the meals. My partner and I will be back again though and hope to once again enjoy the experience. B. Doyle Dublin

Lovely Hotel

Great hotel, great location, as much food as you can eat. Second time to stay in the past two months and going back again next year. Lovely clean hotel, staff a little unfriendly but apart from that lovely hotel. Well worth it.

Not impressed

Posted 22-Jul-2010
Therre was 3 in our room but only got 2 bsth towels, as we could not get the phone to work, we went to the reception, they passed it on but nothing happened, the same when we had to go chasing toilet paper. The food was of a poor quality so eat out a few times. 3 yrs ago we stayed at the Triton, that was verry good but we could not get in this time.

Hotel is fine overall. The only problem is with the nose from the discos nearby. It is OK if you are in hie floor room overlooking the pool.

Not as expected

Posted 09-Oct-2009
To start with the good points - the hotel was in a good location, it was reasonably clean, the breakfasts were good and it was easy to get a sunbed around the pool area. Bad points - the room I was allocated was noisey on a night and was facing an empty building. The patio door would not lock, we reported this to the reception and was told it would be fixed - but it remained unfixed until we left. There were lots of flies around the pool area, which was a nuisance for all guests - this may have been down to the time of year I was there. Finally, when booking the hotel, I was unaware it was also a Saga holiday hotel, so I would'nt recommended for the young and lively!

Never again

The Hotel has changed owners, it no longer is H10, it will close on the 1st November for refurbishment. The staff were on notice therefore (understandably) totally demotivated. The food selection and quality was sub standard. SAGA Holidays had booked most of the rooms, they also were provide with free alcoholic beverages, whereas the guest such as us had to pay inflated prices and suffer very poor service.
