“Small but good.”
A good and sensibly priced hotel in a convenient location on the edge of town.
“Last 3 day end of holiday treat.”
Our room even though we had requested a double bed ended up with twins was comfortable. The view from the terrace wasn't the most fantastic (we were on the left hand side of the hotel) sun had moved around 3p.m so in the shade form then on but it was peaceful. Breakfast was basic so went down to Burriana beach on last two mornings plenty to choose from there. Highly Recommend the Braseria Resaurant next to hotel the Ambience 10/10 Food was excellent 10/10 and good selection of Wines 10/10. The reception and bar staff friendly and helpful but some of the restaurant staff were miserable a few smiles and some interaction with the diners would have been nice. All in all a good hotel.
“A little gem”
A super little hotel with a great swimming pool and lots of sunbeds - you didn't even have to put your towel down in the morning and this was August. Adequate breakfast and good lunchtime meals available at very reasonable prices. The staff were warm and helpful. 20 min walk to the Balcon but very well worth it.
“At last Spain”
Had a wonderful short break at Hotel Los Arcos a lot to do with the room we booked, lovely large sunbathing terrace and spacious room great power shower as well , sadly both pool and Restaurant were closed so unable to comment , the bar was very reasonable for prices and Tapas were great , the Breakfast was a little bit of a let down considering only a small hotel they could have done it better , didn't restock and very limited the coffee and orange juice was good but choice pretty 2 star , also although rooms spotless sadly the dining area always looked shoddy and although Bar authentic decor surrounding seating area and furnishing tired and scruffy needed a good vac and shampoo. The hallway also had dust on fixtures. The area was great and near to the beach but unless pretty good on your feet some folk would find the trek down to town and the beach too much.We absolutely loved it and any comments are only positively aimed to make the Hotel even better than it was .
“Great hotel 15 mins walk into nerja town quiet area just what we want”
Great hotel, 15mins walk into nerja town 3mins in car, quiet area just what we like, veiws of mountains to the left and the sea to the right from the balcony. Second time we have been, looking forward to next year.
“Small but impressive”
This small family run hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are immaculately clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. A fridge, tea making facilities, hair dryer and toiletries were provided at no extra charge, a rarity in a three star spanish hotel. On Christmas morning a small stocking containing a tangerine, nuts and chocolates was left on our room door, an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool area although small is adequate for the number of rooms and is a real sun trap. We ate in the restaurant, La Braseria Iberica, most nights. Specialising in local cuisine cooked over hot stones, the food was delicious and beautifully presented by the young chef and his assistant. Our only reservation was the enormous portions, we never managed to get to the dessert course! The head waitress was very solicitous and even brought portable heaters to our table on colder evenings to ensure we were comfortable whilst eating. Highly recommended if you want a quiet and restful break in this stunning resort.
“Nerja - Los Arcos”
A quiet family run hotel whilst not situated by the beach is with 15 - 20 minutes walk, is in a quiet loction and has views of the sea and the mountains. We had a standrad room but this still had a balcocny with chairs and table, sea and mountain views. The room also had working air conditioning, small fridge, kettle,TV with Sky Sports 1 and 2 plus BBC, ITV etc. Hotel Staff are friendly and attentative and the adjacent restaurant is very good. There is a local large supermarket within 100m for stocking the fridge!
“You need a car”
The hotel is good. It is not 5 star - but it doesn't claim to be. Room was well furnished, tidy and clean. Really nice pool and sunbathing area. One problem is that the hotel is a bit away from the town and the beaches - and up a steep hill. Fine if you have a car (good parking provided) buit not so good if you are on foot. I would recommend this place to anyone.
“Hotel Los Arcos”
Friendly and clean hotel, decent breakfast, nice pool and good lounging area all in good condition. Only beds were very hard.
“Charmigt hotell med vänlig personal”
Trevligt litet hotell.

Area:
Nerja, Spain: East of Malaga and one of the Costa del Sols quieter resorts, Nerja attracts a more mature traveller than its brasher neighbours, and sits atop low cliffs dropping down to enclosed beaches such as that of El Salón. The towns focal point is the Balcón de Europa, a paved headland jutting out into the Mediterranean. The most popular attraction is the Nerja caves, large enough to house a concert hall hosting ballet and orchestra performances.
