Just OK
This hotel had a lot of positives..... Central location, many english- language TV channels in room, sunny rooftop terrace and available at a reasonable cost. However, don't accept room 107. It's directly above the kitchen which bursts noisily into life around 6.30am. Sleep is impossible thereafter.

It was a nice small hotel with friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the roof terrace. It had a nice view and was very relaxing and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. It was in a very central part of town.

Acceptable stay for he price, great staff
The staff is very friendly. The parking can be a real issue, the front desk sent us down the street to a lot that looked like abandoned cars were there so we parked many blocks away. The shower was very tight for a slim guy like me, so large people will have an issue.

It’s our fourth visit. Great budget hotel with some great staff. A little bit noisy staying at the front of the hotel with traffic through the night. Would definitely recommend.

Noisy Hotel!
We picked this Hotel on the comparison site being close to relatives living nearby. Found staff to be very friendly and helpful, breakfast bar open long hours 8 - 11 a.m. and items cooked to order. Also good advice on local town scene. Rooms very clean and tidy, we were pleased to have the use of a room safe free of charge. Roof terrace appreciated, we could enjoy a drink late night. However, this Hotel is on the busy and narrow main road into the town of San Pedro, which is a suburb of Marbella. Noisy buses, motor bikes and traffic. Our room at the rear of the Hotel faced another noisy back street. Every evening, locals talking loudly, dogs barking, and traffic passing. As the street is very narrow, noise is amplified between the walls. On our first night, a drunk man was being sick quite loudly for a long period. The staff apologised next morning, having had complaints from many guests. The beach is about 2 miles away - long walk or shorty taxi ride.

Lovely stay
We only stayed four days Location is ideal for the port, The staff couldn't be nicer, nothing is too much effort, Breakfast is great, even though we had just come in most mornings when it was starting. Clean & tidy rooms air con works. If your looking for a base I'd definitely recommend this hotel £8-10 euro in a taxi to the port & ocean club

Just perfect!
This is a small hotel that offers a personal touch. Location is fantastic, very clean and the staff do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The roof terrace is a fantastic bonus! Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in San Pedro! Thank you!!

Great
We arr just back from a long weekend staying in this hotel. Thete wete originally 2 of us staying but we werr able to pay extra and put a fold down bed in the room for our friend who booked on later, service was great staff were very friendly and always there to help. We were only a short taxi trip from puerto banus. we would definately stay here again

Very convenient to centre of San Pedro
Fantastic value for the price. Breakfast very good and included in price. Staff wonderful. Delightful rooftop terrace to spend some time on a sunny afternoon. Only complaint and it's a small one is to do with the beds. They use blankets and I think duvets would be more appropriate. However very clean and I would certainly recommend it.

Well priced hotel in the Centre of San Pedro
Good value, clean, friendly hotel in the centre of San Pedro Alacantara. The staff were very helpful. Beds comfortable and clean. Varied choice of breakfast from 8 am -11 am.

Fabulous and friendly hotel
We came for 3 night stay mid September and were very impressed by the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the location was perfect in the heart of a very Spanish town yet within 20 min walk to beach with excellent beach bars and 10 min work to bus for Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona. Roof terrace was a great extra and the breakfast was exceptional - thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

lovely little hotel
We stayed for a long weekend and was made to feel more than welcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel was much better than we actually expected and was spotless clean. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great little hotel
Spent 1 night here. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and well priced. Bed was firm but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

great location near town square
The staff were friendly, very helpful and multi-lingual. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with a good selection of options. It would have been better if, on arrival, we had been asked whether we wanted tea/coffee making facilities, as these were not automatically provided in our room (but were when we asked).

Fantastic value and great service!
Staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There were several other guests from different countries who all seemed very happy with the service. Rooms very clean and spacious. good storage. Bathroom quite small, but as its the least used space, it doesn't really matter. Very good value for money. Cant fault my stay at all!

Decent hotel in San Pedro City Centre
Pros: Excellent staff, and very good breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and shower. Clean rooms Cons: Difficult to find parking and you have to feed the meter or get a hefty parking fine of 50€. If you check in after 8ish, then you pay 1.50€, but must move your vehicle by 11am. The place seems a bit run-down. Very noisy depending on which room you get. Definitely a 2-star, no frills hotel by US standards.

Plus Points - friendly and helpful staff Minus Points - poor internet connectivity in room and parking is an issue. No outdoor space

The hotel doesn't have its own car park and on-street parking can be tricky to find, but there is a free public car park nearby and a private car-park with a discount for hotel guests. Very good value. Very friendly and accommodating
Really nice 2 night stay with 2 mates. Triple room was basic but comfortable and bathroom very clean. Very welcoming staff and excellent roof terrace for some pre-night socialising. Only a 10 eur taxi to Puerto banus. Great value for money

Our stay
Although the room was quite basic it had everything you'd require for a weekends break, the staff were very friendly & helpfull, & we throughly enjoyed our continental breakfast. We will be visiting again

Visit to attend Funeral
At very short notice my wife and I had to attend the funeral of a relative in Spain. We put the package together in less than an hour based on location,wifi and previous comments. The main plus of this hotel is the staff. They are helpful knowledgeable and caring to a degree that I have not experienced in any hotel before. They put us in contact with locksmiths, local charities, solicitors, booksellers and a host of other people who helped in our difficult situation.

Nice small hotel/B&B in middle of San Pedro. Very helpful and genuine hotel owner and staff. Beds not great, otherwise rooms are clean and have plenty of cupboard space. The charming and helpful staff will have me coming back next time.

No air conditioning, too hot to sleep. The only suggestion was to leave balcony open, great, if you want no safety, the street light shining in, and listening to parties until after 3 a.m. One staff member was nice, the rest misleading or rude. How far a walk to Puerto Banus? 20 to 25 minutes if you walk by the ocean. It was over 3 miles (5km). Sorry, I don't walk an 8 1/2 minute mile! It was a lovely walk. Overall, not a three star hotel, and not a very nice hotel.

Location, location, location
The location of this hotel was awesome. A nice walk down to the beach. Close to all amenities, etc. Loved the fact that this hotel was amongst the locals. Love that feel. The bed was so comfortable. Only complaint was that the hvac system wasn't working but we managed quite nicely by keeping the balcony doors open for fresh cooler air.

Great find
This hotel was a fantastic find. Myself my husband and our 3yr old stayed here. The bed was queen sized so you could quite easily roll over 3times before bumping into your partner lol there was a separate bed for our son an all the facilities were top notch. We paid £33.80 for our 1 night stay and aid €3 for our continental breakfast.....unlimited toast with a variety of jams, cereals, tea, coffee an juices. You are right in the middle of the town and a hort drive to la Canada which is a large shopping centre.

fantastic value for money
The hotel is in a good location, close to shops, bars etc. and 40 minutes from Gibraltar for shopping! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only Spanish TV, but this was not a problem for us. Wi-fi was free. Breakfast was simple continental - but you could have as much as you wanted, and the rolls were fresh. Staff helpful and friendly.

Our stay in Doña Catalina
The hotel itself is very small and comfortable. It is run by a very charismatic and polite Englishman Ian. He speaks 4 languages: French, Dutch, English and Spanish and anytime can be at your service. As a hotel guest you are offered quite good breakfast. It offered from the early morning till 11:00. You are offered cereals, coffee, tea, juice, toasts, cheese, fresh tomato souse made in the blender. If you find it not enough you can visit nearest shop and buy some Jamon and Manchego to diversify your breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every day from 12:00 till 14:00. You are offered a free WIFI directly in your room, which was a surprise for us as you don’t expect this kind of service in three star hotel. There is also a TV attached to the wall in the corner. Beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious with a shower cabin placed in the corner. The shower works surprisingly well, providing quite powerful flow of water. There is no problem with hot water. If you need a hot water, you get it, and it doesn’t die out :) Overall we enjoyed our stay in Doña Catalina. For this price you will hardly find anything better! small entrance hidden by tree and taxi dropped us off a street away thinking that was were it was.receptionist (woman) was nice but to the point and fast.lounde/breakfast area was dark n small.Room was pleasant and lovely balcony with extra shutter protection against possible break-ins. comfy beds,nice floor and clean bathroom.further two male receptionists we spoke to were really friendly and gave us really good tips on shopping and site seeing areas .breakfast was good .all in all a really good stay at a really lovely hotel which i would revisit

excellent all round
this hotel was fantastic value for money, clean, well kept, incredibly helpful and gracious hotel staff who did all they could for us. Good breakfast of cereals, toast, cakes, crossiants, tea, coffee, juice. Fantasic location near all amenities and non tourist area, Lovely village square. We even found a halal place to eat! The only downside was the noise at night and in the early hours from traffic. Overall, you cant beat this hotel on price, location and friendliness.
