This is our second visit to Hotel Claude in the last 5 years. There have been many renovations and improvements. Our stay of 5 nights was exceptional. It couldn’t have been better. Our room (The Alhambra) was impeccable, as were the daily breakfasts. The staff, especially Hanna, was attentive and professional. We give Hotel Claude our highest recommendations!

What an amazing place to stay at! There is nothing that can be faulted... so easy to access and close to excellent restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend over a big resort as the staff get to know you well and you feel really cared for!

From the moment I arrived at this hotel I felt at ease. The general manager Stelian was the first to greet my wife and I with a refreshing glass of lemon and mint water. As soon as I entered the doors of this 17th century home I immediately forgot about the bustling street I had just left behind. The duration of our visit was as if we were staying in the home of lifelong friends. The details in the decor and service experience were unmatched. From the custom pajamas to the fresh fruit in the room, no stone was left unturned. The entire staff, especially Hind El and Cornelia, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. So much so that we decided to extend our trip an additional night. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the area. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Furthermore, We made sure that the Hotel Manager was available at the Hotel till 19:00 to assist in case you did not receive our message. You mentioned that the hotel was under construction, however, Hotel Claude Marbella is not under construction. There are many hotels in the same street that are under construction, and I fear that you may have stopped at a different street number. The best hospitality and everyone who works there was helpful. Rooms special, small rooftop for Afternoon cocktails and also incredible Breakfast service. In a great area of the old City. We were told about it from a neighbor In Atlanta. Of all the places we stayed in Spain it was our favorite. Only 7 rooms and With a great history. Plan ahead!!

Five stars, well deserved!
We spent three days at Hotel Claude. We were greeted by Stelian, accommodated, treated with great respect, attended by a caring and wanting to please staff, our room was spotless, our belongings organized, our clothes put away. There were truffles, bottled water, cherries for our enjoyment. Breakfast was superb! Our stay unfortunately ended. Stelian bid us adieu as he had received us: professionally, sincerely, responsibly to detail and quality. Hotel Claude is indeed the Best Small Hotel is Spain! We heartily agree!

Hotel Claude-an oasis
Hotel Claude was a beautiful hotel with staff eager to please. Despite the fact that it is small-7 rooms- the staff is available to you 24 hrs a day. they go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. It is a personal experience in that Desi is right there to greet her guest and attend their needs. It says "continental breakfast" but it is served on the roof, complete with eggs and bacon. Great place to stay! We had a fabulous time.

Could not be placed any better.
The hotel is excellent and being right in the centre of the old town the hotel, it could not be placed in a better location for restaurants and wine bars shops etc. Parking on the street limited and expensive, parking local in under ground sites approx 15 euros 24 hours. I had been to Marbella several times before but this the first time in old town. I actually spotted this hotel previously and promised to return, which I will definitely do again.

Almost perfect!
My initial impression was that the price of this hotel was a bit steep, but after staying here for 2 days, we think it was great value for money. This small charming hotel tucked along a relatively quiet street on the fringe of the historic town center (short walk to town centre and 10 mins to beach) is immaculately designed giving it a cosy yet luxurious feel. The owners obviously paid great attention to the details right up to the quality of bed sheets and toiletries. We were greeted by Sarah warmly and offered coffee while she processed our check-in. Desiree, the owner's sister, was equally warm and hospitable and make us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Each time we left our room and came down the stairs, we were surprisingly greeted by Sarah who was there to anticipate our next request - quite spooky initially :). Breakfast was fantastic, made to order. Because the room and bed were so comfortable, we woke up at almost noon the second day, and to our pleasant surprise...Sarah was there to offer us our breakfast. We were totally overwhelmed by the beauty of this history-laden hotel and the warm hospitality offered by Sarah and Desiree.

Sehr praktische Hinweise zu hotelnahen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang in diesem kleinen feinen, fast familiären Hotel. Phantastisches Frühstück, das keinerlei Wünsche offenließ, serviert an individuellen Tischen auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf verwinkelte Dächer und die nahe Kirche. Einmalig schön!

Hotellet er klassifisert med 3 stjerner. Men burde hatt en til. Personalet er utrolig hjelpsomme og spørr alltid om det er noe de kan gjøre. Frokosten var god. Hotellet har 7 rom og med en 24-timers bemanning er de ansatte der, med en gang. Vi kommer gjærne tilbake.
