Had a lovely time here. Stayed a night at the end of my trip to Marbella. Comfortable and a great breakfast to set me up for the journey home.

Old fashion exterior with new Boutigue feeling !

Posted 16-Apr-2015
Pros: Location , close to all, breakfast, lobby, parking , Wi Fi, crispy sheets olive tree and the canaby above , art work!
Cons: Servers should attend more to customers at breakfast than clean tables. Clean the hall ways carpets. Don't make guests go to front desk to pay deposit
Location: Puerto Banus Marina, many restaurants/ bars/ night life/ Casino, stores and small other communities . Close to Autovia of the cost.
Very pleasant and open lobby when you walk in with nice art work on the walls. Centered by an old revived Olive tree that is having a second life. The check in was fast and easy. Eduardo took us to our room, which was facing the pool, but was very small. Javier was very accommodating in giving us a larger room on the fifth floor which we were happy with as we had a balcony with views to the mountains and some sea. The breakfast, which is included in ur stay was excellent and had many thing to chose from. Maria at the omelet and eggs counter was always smiling and accommodating to the customers. They had a great piano player / singer almost every night till after midnight . I love kids, but it was great to have the peace there. Wi Fi was in the rooms and the lobby, parking was easy and all around the hotel. It was close to walk toPorto Banus and lots of restaurants and bars where the water front is. They could clean the hall ways carpets more, as it seems some of the guests are very missy. The pool was nice but having to go to the front desk when you are in your trunks to pay ten Euros as a deposit for a towel was a bit too much, that I think they can do away with or find a better system to keep track of their old towels! Over all its a good place, and it could be better if they teach their staff at bkfast.to attend to the customers needs first more than just cleaning the tables. To be fair, they were under staffed for that time too. Still I would recommend this hotel .

Eksklusivt hotell med gangavstand til strand, butikker og restauranter. Litt vond seng på rommet vårt, men ellers upåklagelig

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities

Posted 29-Mar-2015
March 2015 - Had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a hen do. Overall this hotel was perfect however one small criticism would be that some of the staff were quite rude especially in the main bar area, however we did not let this ruin our experience! The spa facilities were fantastic, the rooms spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of food/drinks available. It was located near the main puerto banus night life however I wouldn't attempt the walk in heels and a taxi is only 5 euros.

Ok hotel

Posted 25-Mar-2015

Pros: Everything!
Cons: tea & Coffee making facility in each room

Lovely hotel, close to the beach and shops

Posted 23-Mar-2015
My family and I had a lovely stay celebrating our anniversary, my 50th birthday and a bonus for me as it was mothers day too. My children treated me to a lovely morning in the spa. I received a bottle of bubbly and cake on my birthday which was a lovely surprise from the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming and would like to visit again, close to the beach, the harbour and lots of shops, the market on Saturday was close by too. The weather was nice but not warm enough for the outside pool, we were a little disappointed that we had to pay to use the indoor pool, the write up on the hotel says there is an indoor pool but doesn't mention it is part of the spa and you have to pay to use. Overall a pleasant break.

Excellent 4star hotel

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: The underpass under the mainroad
Location: Very good for access to Puerto Banus and Marbella with good public transport links
Friendly welcoming hotel 10 minutes walk from Puerto Banus Harbour via underpass under main road, although busy the noise from the road was not noticeable even when outside sitting by the pool area. Spotlessly clean bedroom and public areas which were very attractively decorated and furnished. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were excellent with plenty of fresh choices each day. Evening entertainment was enjoyable with good singers and pianist. There were sum single sex groups staying, mainly golf parties but did not impact on us as a couple. The bus stopped outside the hotel to Marbella and Estepona with onward connections. We would recommend Malaga Transfers for getting to and from Malaga Airport rather than the company we booked through Expedia because they kept us waiting 40 minutes on our arrival.
