American tourists should avoid it by all means..!!

Cons: improve customer service, Bedding Matteresses were quite uncomfortable
Location was decent but place is all about Nickel and diming . there are no ice machine any where in the hotel , staff is not very helpful , If you want a bucket of ice you have to call room service and they want 6 Euros for it , the other option is walk 500 yards and get a glass full of 4-5 cubes from a bar (Thats all they will give) no coffee maker or hot water source in the room. We requested some empty plates and silver ware to eat our chinese take out (we are vegetarian people with dietary restrictions ) we were told it will cost 6 Euros in room service . we paid for full breakfast buffet for both of us and I tried to carry out a cup of Coffee which my wife needed to start her day in our room I was humiliated by the dining room staff and told I can not do that and my wife needs to be here in the restaurant to drink that coffee. I can not imagine any decent hotel in North America Charging people 125 -150 dollars a night would have done that to me .People used to American standards of customer service should avoid this place by all means . Infact no body in Europe ever has done that to me.! Bedding Matteresses were uncomfortable and stiff

Good standard hotel close to the port restaurants

Pros: Welcoming and friendly staff.
Location: Plenty of restaurants shopping nearby and of course wonderful people watching at the marina in Puerto Banus
I stayed at this hotel a couple of times with my family about 15 years ago and they have improved facilities and generally updated the hotel. The over 16 policy is ideal for adults seeking a more relaxing break.I travelled with my friend ( another female) so we had specifically requested a twin room however we were given a lovely room with only a double bed. We were not offered an alternative room until the next day but this was inferior so we had to make do with a second bed being placed in our original room.

Great location - under 10 min walk to the beach & not far from night life. Lots of sunbeds so no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one! Will definatly be going back there

Wonderful service at reception the staff could not have been any more helpful. A taste of Luxuary in Mabella. Great from arrival to checkout. Out of this World..Top Marks for this H10 hotel.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Grounds, pool, rooms clean
Cons: IRON NEED MORE, I don,t want to be told by elder reception man we run a hotel business thats why they have a laundry service for to pay
Location: Location very easy to get to beach and shops, only thing the subway is very quiet at nite if on my own would not walk back , in the day it is fine
We had a fab 6 days at this hotel, we we upgrade to privilege room, but was not able to use privilege facilities and was given double bed instead of 2 single beds never mind we made do, hotel grounds &pool&spa are fabulous, reception area is great art work on display is fantastic ,food very good choice, staff very polite helpful, only problem which hotel is very aware of is the iron had to wait 2 days to get one I, m not sure why hotel don't put a 2 hour limit for each room as they only have 14 iron for 400 rooms, guest need to be more considerate of others, the staff work very hard and was always ready to help us , we only incounter one rude staff at reception older gent but never dealt with him again, first time using H10 hotel, we have been to puerto banus 5 times always stayed at melia so was very apprehensive about this hotel, but was glad to try it thank you all at h10
