“Great Location, Super Staff”

We had a wonderful stay at the Don Carlos. The concierge staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great (inclusive with our package) We did not eat at the hotel other than this... A bit pricey. The grounds were beautiful and fun to explore. We were there early in the season, so we missed a bit of the grandeur of the Beach club, but all was wonderful. Highly recommended!

“The Don of Marbella”

We arrived on Friday lunchtime for a relaxing weekend & thats exactly what we got. From the moment we arrived we found all of the staff very polite & extremely helpful. The room was very nice, comfortable & clean. We went straight out to the pool at the back of the hotel & saw a sign for the beach club. A few minutes walk down a windy path through lovely gardens brought us to the most amazing setting next to the beach. We were greeted by a really polite & friendly member of staff. Normal sun loungers were free but also there were 4 poster sun beds which are approx 2 metres square for hire for 40 euros per day. This was great & was so comfortable & relaxing. A complimentary fruit juice & fruit was served to us in the afternoon. There are waiters to bring you drinks & food to your sun beds. In the evening we found a Thai restaurant in the gardens which served fantastic food, again by very polite staff. We loved our stay at Don Carlos, very relaxing & 5 star service. Can't wait to go back.

“Best 5 days of my year!”

I had just booked a long weekend for some relaxation and pampering and thats exactly what I got. Perfect! Absolutely wonderful stay at the Don Carlos. From arrival, throughout the stay and on leaving the staff were just marvellous. So attentive, professional, friendly and excellent all round customer service. Thanks to a large conference taking up all the rooms I got upgraded to a "Beach View Suite" which was just gorgeous!!! The hotel itself was very smart with good lively bars. Lovely gardens and beach club. Weather was also fantastic - 5 days of clear blue skies. Was expecting it to be cool and perhaps even rain as it was October but it was lovely warm sunshine the whole time.

“A beautiful hotel and amazing service”

The Hotel is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. We were only there for a few days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and this was the perfect place to relax and be pampered without the kids! The staff are really friendly and attentive. The Beach Club is lovely and although rather pricey it was well worth it. We had a great massage in the Spa as well as a free massage round the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

“An Excellent Choice”

We spent the final 2 nights of our honeymoon at this hotel. It seemed like a great place to unwind and just relax before heading home. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! The hotel is beautiful, everything from the lobby to the pools to the grounds and the beach club is stunning and elegant. There is an enchanting Japanese garden which you walk through to get to the beautiful stretch of beach on which the hotel sits. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous and spoke perfect English. When we return to Marbella we will definitely be staying here again!

It is an extremely comfortable hotel,suitable for all ages and especially for people looking for relaxation and chilling out. The walk through the gardens is any mans dream of nature and tranquility and being so close to the sea is an added bonus. Staff are very helpful at the desk at making sure your requirements for your room are fullfilled. Have been twice this year so far.

“Great place for a relaxing family holiday”

The hotel is set on a large resort with excellent facilities. Our deluxe room was quite spacious with more than enough space to fit a third bed for our daughter. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and well furnished. The pool side is great with abundant sun-loungers and towels. Gardens are beautiful. My husband used the tennis courts and was very satisfied as was I with the small but well-equipped gym. Our daughter was more than happy in the pool area and with the free chilcare/club facilities. Overall a friendly and well-equipped place to unwind and relax with your loved ones. The piano bar is great too - lots of opportunity to make friends with the other hotel guests. The Beach Club is also worth at least one try.
