We have just stayed two nights at this hotel and really loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was really nice and we loved their attention to detail. The location of the hotel was good and the breakfast was excellent. We would certainly stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Stayed as a family with young kids in the river suite. Excellent location on the Malacca river (which could be cleaner but this has nothing to do with the hotel). Main historical attractions and shopping within walking distance. Good buffet breakfast and guests can also order from the ala carte menu. Roof top swimming pool is small but this is compensated by the view. Nice spa. Highly recommended.
Gym air conditioning switched off. It's like exercising in a sauna. No ventilation either. Food not replenished after 9.30am and guests behaved badly by grabbing as much food as possible. I thought I was in a refugee camp! Plenty of wastage. Saving point - security very tight which is good for foreign guests. Another merit - room excellent.
This hotel is very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is great. The price is also good! They gave us amenities: 2 bottles of water, slipper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They even have rain shower head. I would definitely come back here next time :)
