“"Dont let the name fool you"”

Le BAMBOO---- A nice comfortable place to stay. The Owner and staff make you feel like its your home away from home. Very knowledgeable of the Island and ready, willing and able to assist you to make sure you see and do evrything in Mauritius. Restuarants, shops ,casinos and even a nightclub close Breakfast provided with the family was a nice personal touch, and made the stay more enjoyable. The bathroom was very small but manageable. The room was cozy with a nice view of the Mountain and the river and with access to the roof a nice view of Mahebourg. I would recommend Le BAMBOO for travelers wanting to get the most out of their vacation, without any worries because Reshma and her staff are there to make your stay in Mauritius a pleasant one.

“not impressed”

we booked this hotel after seeing it on your site...but were very disappointed with the place . We do not understand how it has been given a three star rating. It is situated in a narrow lane and narrow stairs take you to dingy rooms and badly kept bathrooms. We do not recommend this place to anyone because there are better hotels on the waterfront at comparable rates. Though the owners of the hotel are polite and friendly but there is no class and comfort in this guest house.The rating of this place should be less than one star. We shifted to another place after spending one night there.
