Very clean room, modern hotel, comfy bed. Somewhat small guest rooms, but that's probably to be expected overall in this city. The free wifi is actually pretty good for hotel wifi. Not just loaded with amenities but the ones they have are quality. I would stay there again. Great location with easy access to the bus and subway with a lot of things within walking distance.
The hotel is in a great location, well maintained. The staff are all pleasant, I had an issue upon checking out where the general manager had to take my word with no evidence to back me up. She happily solved our problem, resulting in the best customer service I have received in a long time. I will be staying here again next time I'm in Chicago.
The hotel staff was friendly and met my high standards of customer service. We were greeted every time we walked in or out of the hotel. Each request was met without hesitation. The room was clean and had a great view.
The hotel staff was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and didn't feel like a hotel area. The guest kitchen was nice to have, and the bar and cafe felt like a casual apartment/condo/dorm. Was very nice.
