Despite its somewhat Spartan blocky exterior this is a friendly, comfortable, well appointed hotel in a leafy residential area just outside the busy city centre and close to a small mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Very pleasant stay
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant had very good service and excellent food choices. We enjoyed our stay very much. I especially liked the outdoor dining and seating.

Close to Barajas Airport and next to one Metro station on the airport line. A little noise from the outside of my room and from the rooms next to mine. I was on the first floor next to some meeting facilities and the lift. Thay might have been the reason.

Room too dark and gloomy
Overall the staff was helpful and professional and the building was in good condition. However the room was too dark and depressing after sunset because there weren't enough lights by design. In the pictures the rooms seemed brighter.

Our queen mattress needed to be replaced. I could feel the wires and we would both fall in the middle of it. It was hard to rest well on it which I find critical for any hotel room. All other aspects of the hotel were good. Service was excellent. Restaurant and room service was really good at convenient price.

Not the best, not the worse
The hotel is really close to the airport but too far from city center. It’s clean, the water pressure was ok and it was quite. Staff was lovely but still, I didn’t like the vibes. The bed is not so comfortable and the blanket as well. Overall it was a nice hotel and if it didn’t cost me a fortune it might be a good experience.

Viva Valencia
Good area, service and comfort. Parking was expensive at £15 approximately per night, no option but to use the hotel parking. The graffiti art around Valencia streets is pretty amazing.

On the outskirts of Madrid but only 20 minutes away on the metro, with the Esperanza station a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of parking on the surrounding streets which was free of charge. Good access to the airport as well.

Quite adequate for spending the night. Although the room had a modern design it was less than functional. Unable to completely open the closet door in #104 since the bedside table blocked the door. The shower floor was slippery when wet and the lack of a shower curtain insured that the bathroom floor was soaked after use. There was a lack of desk space for paperwork and organizing documents. I am used to having the complimentary coffee, tea, and bath items replenished each day as needed. Over a four day stay none of those items were replaced except for the towels.

Worse Customer service ever!
Worse Customer Service Ever!!! I prechecked at 10am, checked in at 2pm left my bags and went to meetings I had. I can back exhausted at 10pm and realized the room was next to the elevator and the noise was extremely loud! It sounded like construction work was being done in my room! I am not exaggerating! When we called down to the front desk we were told hotel was sold out. Their comments to us in a nutshell for complaining was: why didn't you say anything when you checked in. How are we supposed to know how sensitive your ears are. I already apologized. Wait a few hours it will die down ! Icing on the cake was she. The manager called at 11:30pm to say that we were welcome Ed to pack our belongings and leave and they would not charge use!!! Then I got a note from corporate saying the room was one of their best rooms and they truly didn't understand my complaint. I don't understand how customer service doesn't exist in this hotel. They would not acknowledge that my complaint was valid but annoyed as to why I was complaining. Beware of rooms ending in 01!

The hotel was overall good, but I was shocked when I saw the duvet of my room on the 7th floor that was dirty with blood probably. Please check your better the rooms and beds...

I really liked that the rooms were wider and very clean. The LED lighting was a bit dim and not bright. The room had all the amenities. I wish the hotel was a bit closer to shopping by foot.

The room is not soundproof, and it beside the lift. I could not sleep well for most of the nights there, I stayed 6 nights. I left my sunglasses in the room after I checked out, they could not post it back to me :(

There is still room for improvement. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Too narrow room corridor and lift, too many cutted trees for unimportant papers with random info all over the room and space, not so clean tiles on bathroom's floor, stairway and emergency escape blocked by random stuff. Quite expensive for what it offers

Decent hotel but didn’t like restaurant that much
The facility itself was pretty good, but the hotel restaurant left quite a lot to be desired. Overpriced and not really that good. All the rest of the food in the area also seemed overpriced as well.

Nice hotel on walking distance of congress centre
Nice, clean hotel on walking distance from the Congress Centre (35 min walk). Metro station Nearby but travel to centre of city takes abut 30 min. Good and clean rooms, nice breakfast en small gym.

Loved this place!
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! After a 14 hour journey and nine hour time change we arrived dead on our feet! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and they welcomed us and said our rooms were ready! I cannot tell you how pleased we were! The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. The neighborhood was beautiful. Tree lined streets with beautiful brick townhouses. Ample parking on the street, the hotel also has a garage. Actually lived near there 40 years ago as a teenager. My husband and I (we met there age 16) went back to the bars and restaurants we frequented in our youth. I chose this area for that reason but it is an easy walk to the metro on Arturo Soria, buses right down the street and an inexpensive taxi ride to the city center. You do not want to drive in Madrid unless you are a local. Nowhere to park and even if you encounter a parking garage, good luck fitting in the spaces, pillars everywhere! Zenit Conde de Orgaz was a perfect fit for us, I recommend it highly!

modern trendy lighting and dark grey décor
The subdued lighting and dark colours made the room rather dreary with no alternative brighter light available. In the bathroom The shower bracket would not stay where adjusted and I didn't like kitchen sink style wash basin and tap. Somewhere to hang an overcoat would be useful.

Nice Hotel in Quiet Neighbourhood
It was great. We were only there for one night and we stayed in doors the whole time. A great way to spend that time. It even had a gym which almost don't exist in Spain.

Well positioned for my work
I shall use the hotel again and have done for more than 20 years. The area is quiet, away from the city and close to my work. The restaurant has a simple but good menu. The staff throughout the hotel are very amenable.

The hotel overall was fine. The walls were a little thin. The service was less than belpful. I booked an extra stay and told the front desk when I got there that I had and was still charged for the extra stay because apparently when they ask which name you want the room under say whoever booked the hotels name. I was promised a refund for the problem, but it has been two weeks now with no refund.
