“Excellent Option!”
Clean, convenient, affordable. Best experience in Madrid.
“Quintessential Madrid”
Modern hotel in a the heart of a sophisticated Madrid naighbourhood . Rooms are large and well laid out and very comfy. The hotel popular with local visitors to the capital city from around Spain and Spanish business travelers alike. The restaurant a popular spot for lunch and severs delicious authentic Spanish cuisine with a good selection of wine to match. If you want to avoid the hussel and bussel of the city center and be surrounded by local culture this is a great Madrid hotel with style to relax in.
“Comfortable and modern”
The hotel was lovely and clena and had great facilities. Great tv in room and complimentary wi-fi, desktop and mobile phone chargers to. Reception lady was amazing. Extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. Buffet breakfast was extremely good value. Fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheese, ccoked bacon and eggs, pastries. The only downside was the decor. It was very dark. Dark walls and inadequate ligting made it hard to see things in your room at times and felt quite oppressive eventually. Comfortable beds. We travelled as a group of ladies. So this was fine. I would say if it was a romantic getaway however this would not be a hotel I would chose. Good for the business traveller which it probably geared to as the hotel is in the financial district.
“Very impressed”
I read the reviews and many mentioned about the darkness of the room but I was glad to find out that it is not that dark. Initially they gave us a smoke room but they were able to change once we asked. It is very close to the metro. The staff speaks English and are very helpfull. I asked them to confirm if a store had a product in stock and the concierge did it right away. A nice surprise for us was the woodfloor in the room.
“Zenit Abeba Madrid - Good experience”
The hotel is nice and clean. Service very good. Everyone is willing to help. Rooms are modern and clean. Furniture is very dark and makes the room feel dark. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition, still they need some space where to place personal items. One person in my group got sick and I got help from the hotel staff to get in touch with the insurance company. Metro Station is at the corner. Restaurants, supermarket and Pharmacy nearby. Good price I would definitely recommend this hotel
“Great Place to Sleep, Okay place to Rest.”
This is a very nice hotel when compared to equally rated ones nearby. The only problems I had, as a U.S. business traveler, was that the Restaurant menu didn't appear to change and had a very limited selection. Also, as an American, I would want a snack early in the evening without having to go for tapas; but Room Service hours were falsely advertised and not actually open during all hours stated on the Room Service Menu. When confronted, Hotel staff was not make any attempt to correct the mis-information.
“Staff do everything they can to help”
My initial impression of the hotel was not great. The rooms have a heating system which can not be switched off. However, after having complained, the hotel staff did everything they could to make me comfortable and improve my stay. Although the rooms were too warm, I would go back as they really make you feel like a valuable customer. Just try to get a room with a window.
“A very good option to stay”
Very good hotel and good service. Its well located. Nice rooms but the bathroom its a little bit small. In general its a very good option to stay.
“Perfektes Wochenendhotel”
Metrostation in 100 Metern. Mehr geht nicht!!!
“Comodo, in un quartiere vivibile e tranquillo”
Hotel piccolo, camere piacevoli in quartiere tranquillo

Salamanca - Serrano, Madrid, Spain: North of the Retiro, Salamanca has always been an affluent neighbourhood. Its grid-like streets and beautiful houses sprang up at the end of the 19th century, escaping from the old city walls. Today, ladies who lunch drop into its spas and designer shops, many of which line the long, sleek Calle Serrano. The National Library and the Museum of Archaeology are close to the Plaza de Colón.
