“Would definitely return”

My sister and I stayed at the Vincci Via66 for a long weekend and we were really impressed with everything about the hotel from check in to our departure. The staff were really friendly and helpful and really seemed genuinely interested in us which can be rare these days. The hotel itself was really lovely and a bit different due to the decor...would recommend it. Location was excellent and within reach of many tourist attractions / restaurants etc. Would definitely stay there again if I went back to Madrid.

We arrived, having booked a double, non smoking room. The first room we were given was twin, smoking, promptly changed to twin non smoking for first night and then double non smoking on second night. Not a great start! Reception looked shabby with wall tiles missing and grubby white leather seating walls. However, the rooms were clean, reasonably sized, with quiet, effective air conditioning. Despite the position, overlooking the busy Gran Via, there was no street noise in the room. The roof terrace was lovely and the location fabulous. Overall, good value for the money and ticked most of the boxes for our trip.

Very comfortable place. Decor in rooms was striking. One draw back - the curious light switches are named only in Spanish and English speakers could use instructions. Maybe the switches are a little too modern, and guests should be allowed to turn on the bathroom lights without turning on those in the room.

“Perfect business hotel”

This was the best hotel I've stayed in, in Madrid, for a long time. Very conveniently located near to the facility where I was working, very friendly staff and the most beautifully decorated room! The bed was very comfortable and everything worked. The only downfall was that the air conditioner unit was very loud and also didn't seem to work that well, so I had to switch it off to sleep, other than that a very enjoyable stay.

“VERY CLEAN AND CONVENIENT HOTEL”

The only thing that I found that was inconvenient was that they don't have a person who helps you with your luggage. I had to go inside the lobby and ask for assistance carrying my luggage inside the hotel. They need more personnel to help clients.

The hotel is in a great location and staff are very nice; however I think the hotel is overrated when comparing it to other 4 star hotels, I would say it is more like a 3 star. Some examples: 1. The TV is very small 2. There is no iron in the room and it is not possible to get one, so if you need to iron something you need to ask them to iron it for you and of course to pay for that 3. We stayed there for 5 nights and they never left additional soap in the bathroom, on night 4 when we came back late at night and we asked for soap because we didn't have any more left, they said it was locked and we would need to wait until next day to get some
