“Wish I were there longer”

I was happy with the accommodations overall. The room was a very nice size for me and the two kids. It was clean, the extra bed was made ready for us. I wish we had more time to actually live in the room and use the wardrobe and kitchen facilities. There could be a better system of explaining where to get basic groceries and where the nearest restaurants are since there is no food available on site. I was at least hoping for a coffee machine for the morning. The breakfast that is advertised for an extra cost was not available at the early morning time of my checkout. In the afternoon there were two young persons at the front desk who were very kind in trying to give us directions to our destination but were not the most comfortable with English. They did provide a detailed Madrid map which was extremely helpful. My kids liked the two chairs in the lobby. We liked our stay and the rate for an overnight solution.

“Madrid Gem”

A great choice, safe, quiet, non-touristy area, #26 bus originates block away & travels to Museum triangle & beyond, metro nearby. Close enough to walk to Prado through beautiful Retiro Park. The Aparthotel's wonderful clerk/ambassador, Belle, was so helpful about directions, sights, restaurants, etc., it was like having a personal guide. Plus, rooms have stove, refrigerator, sink, pots and pans, utensils and dishes! And the rates are moderate!

“hotel Quo eraso à Madrid”

Bien placé, à proximité d'une station de métro qui dessert tous les lieux touristiques à voir. Supérette à 2 pas. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre comprenant une kitchenette très pratique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

“buona posizione, ideale per famiglia, non pulitissimo ma vivibile”

in effetti le tende erano abbastanza grigie e in generale gli interni sono non nuovissimi, ma per una famiglia con bambini c'è la comodità della cucina attrezzata e la zona è piacevole, a due passi da un parco per bambini e 4 fermate dal Prado. Ci tornerei, sapendo cosa mi devo aspettare...

“Très satisfaisant à recommander”

C'est un Hôtel propre, au calme et bien situé avec station de Bus et Métro à 150m. Quelques petits restos, fast food, supérette et café tout proche. Accueil très sympa et chambre nettoyée chaque jour. Sympa le système de chambre/appart, avec frigo, placard, micro onde, canap, tv etc... Petit Hic, un peu bruyant vers 7h / 8h avec la chambre du dessus ou on entend bien les bruits de grincement de chaises, la douche etc... Le réveil des voisins quoi. lol Je le recommande sans problème

hôtel très bien tenu, fonctionnel, propre et confortable. très bien situé : proche du métro et d'un marché.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à l'hotel quo eraso malgré les problèmes d'eau chaude. gentiment on nous a expliqué la panne (en langue anglaise). la chambre était très spacieuse et bien meublée.Le ménage était impeccable. En ce qui concerne la kichenette, nous ne l'avons pas utilisé mais il devrait y avoir quand même une vaiselle de base à disposition sans la demander et sans verser de caution. Ex : une assiette, des couverts, un verre par personne.

“Ottima base per un turismo rilassato”

Piena soddisfazione nel senso di perfetta corripondenza tra le promesse e l'esperienza. Silenzioso l'ambiente urbano mentre l'albergo in se isola poco: se si hanno dei vicini rumorosi è difficile riposare: su 6 notti una è stata molto tormentata a causa di vicini maleducati. Le attrattive turistiche sono distanti ma il Metrò è un servizio meraviglioso, anche se un po' faticoso. Purtroppo non ho sperimentato il ristorante di cui parlano i colleghi (uscendo dall'Hotel a sinistra) ho cenato in un ristorante uscendo a destra ed è stata un'esperienza pessima.
